I couldn’t hear understand the person in the Drive-Thru but I didn’t never get no attitude or anything but they was smart with me got mad at me was just playing outright rude and then when I was placing the complaint they had put her in my tater tots I even spoke to the general manager of the district manager and no one’s doing anything about it they offered me a gift card for someone putting hair in my food

This was a horrible experience. Order med onion ring-got 3 individual onion rings which they fixed when I complained at the store. Got home and the sandwiches were missing the toppings I paid 8 dollars for a chicken patty on 2 pieces tezas toast. No tomato, no bacon, 3 pieces of lettuce. This makes me sad and mad all at the same time. When you call the store no one answers and no voicemail is set up. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be hungry and disappointed.

I’d been going to this location for a long time and for a while it had been a fantastic location up until the last couple of months or so. Here recently ticket times have ran high. I usually mobile order to make things a little faster and even then it’s usually 30 mins to and hour. Not only that last night was worse. Not only was it severely late coming out, I could see it sitting on the counter getting cold (hot food) and warm (cold drinks).Part of the order was also wrong and I had to go back and have it fixed. Ontop of that they were eating Taco Bell at their work stations with their gloves on touching the food they were eating and the food that they were serving. That is a massive health concern. I’ve worked in food for a better part of nearly 10 years. I get it, it’s getting cold outside and if you’re on break or need a break you wanna eat something real quick and get back to work but not dead stop in the middle of peoples orders,risking cross contamination cause you’re eating with your GLOVES ON and causing health concerns. Go where guests and customers can’t see you and take your gloves off while you eat. Wash your hands and get back at it. I won’t be coming back to this location for a long while. I really hope things can turn around and be a great location again.

Waited 40 minutes past the estimated pick up time to get the 2 drinks that I ordered. The first little girl that we stopped outside gave us severe attitude and proceeded to go back inside and appeared to start talking shit to another employee and still refused to make my order. A few minutes later we stopped another worker and asked her about my order, and told her what happened. She went inside and made the order and also got the manager for us. I would’ve give no stars, but that’s not possible, so a one star will work only because that second lady was nice and promptly made my order.
If value your time and money, please do not ever shop at this particular Sonic location. By far, the worst experience of my life at Sonic.

I have never had a positive experience at this location since it opened. Every single order has been wrong, or I’ve had to leave after waiting so long. Multiple examples, all while I was the only one in the drive through, or second in line, with maybe 1 or 2 cars at a stall. Today I did a mobile order, pulled in to the stall, no one was in line in the drive through and there were only 2 cars at stalls. Ordered 2 corndogs and a Halloween Blast with add-ons that were extra, and that took 10 minutes from the time I checked in. Drove off, only had 1 corndog, went back, and got the other one. I looked at the Blast, it didn’t look right, so I asked the carhop. She assured me it was as it was made to order. Was tired of dealing with so just went home to discover it was completely wrong. I’ve given this location enough chances, it’s the worst. Also, in 4 times of going to this location, I have never been given a receipt, so I couldn’t take the survey each time. Only location that has never given me a receipt.

yesterday, went to get a couple milkshakes. I was quick with my order didn’t stutter wasn’t a rude customer but immediately got hit with attitude from the girl taking the order. Waited about 15 minutes or so but the wait time wasn’t even the worst part. The other lady who took our card came out and the door was left open so we could hear very loud and clear, the girl who was taking orders complaining about another coworker not taking orders. Every time we go here it’s a bad atmosphere, and some of the people have very bad attitudes. Reading the health concerns from other reviews on here, they need to either shut this place down or hire new management. Or at least get rid of the girl taking orders. The whole time I saw her she was just taking orders very rudely, standing around, and bitching about other people.

I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella stick and a medium pb shake. I waited close to 10 minutes and they weren’t that busy only for my shake to be practally unleaded and the cup all dirty on the outside. There was nothing but peanut butter on the bottom and vanilla the rest of the cup.

Very lazy 6:49 pm 9-14-24 The reason they couldn’t do my online order is because they’re short-staffed but there’s four workers here and there’s not one car in drive-thru and when you asked for a refund and the app they don’t give you a refund. I work down the street so I usually try to order something from the app so I can pick it up on my way to work.Most of the time they have their online ordering shut off. When I pull in to order no matter if they are busy or not they always take 15-20 minutes to make my order. Yesterday I ordered a simple grilled cheese and shake. The grilled cheese was completely burnt, the shake had black stuff on the inside and outside of it. This location is by far the most unsanitary one I’ve seen yet. I don’t recommend anyone come here. This place needs to be shut down for many health code violations.

Me and my niece was going out to pay my utility bill Tuesday, when we noticed Sonic was finally open for buissness. On our return trip home we stopped and had lunch. The screen outside was frozen. We talked to them, they came out got our order. The staff we dealt with was very curious to us both. Within several minutes the carhop came out with our 2x #3 combo’s. They were nice and hot. The tater tots were perfect. They carhops kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else. It was a perfect day for my niece and myself. We plan on going tomorrow, Saturday again. Now that we know they are open. Saturday we had another great visit at Sonic today, great hit food.
