I ordered two super sonic burritos and got basically two egg burrito. Nothing except cheese, lots of egg and some sausage. I ask if there was salsa in bag and was told yes. No salsa. I called and was told my $5 item would be replaced with a coupon for a free drink since I was so far away when i opened the food. . I hung up. So if you read this and think it is good service fine I think it is bad service.

They were super fast got my order out in less than 5 1/2 minutes after I ordered! Almost like winning the lottery , because its not often food comes out that quick, and it was all right! A small picture of my baby’s slush and crinkle fry.

Consistently poor & slow service. Should not take this long for “fast” food.

The Sonic Drive-In is a nice place for a late night snack and/or a quick bite. They have drink specials throughout the days as well. Most but not all Sonic Drive-Ins are open until Midnight as well. I do enjoy the Slushies and Limeades. Some of the employees are over-worked because they are short on Help, be patient with them. I also heard that most Sonic Drive-Ins are hiring as well. I know that Fountain City and the Oak Ridge locations are both hiring.

Went to this Sonic 2 hours before close. Was told they can’t to blasts, but can do shakes. Got a medium and small shake, large mozzarella stick and large jalapeño peppers. The shakes are literally just cups full of whip cream and a couple of toppings to make it seem like they actually did their job correctly that they are getting paid for. No joke NO ice cream in these. Sonic used to be a place to go when you want a late night snack, but it’s not worth it anymore. Not like this review or any of the negative reviews help at all because you just get a generic response to call their corporate line instead of addressing the issue and training the employees better.

Every time I have went to go get Sonic there is always an excuse. The grill isn’t hot enough, system is updated, closed but really open, the list goes on. This place is horrible and needs new management or something. I’ve received 1 meal from there and it took them 40 mins to make it with only me in the drive way. Will never try again to eat there.

Showed up at 11:45 to get food after visiting family in the hospital. Normally I wouldn’t, but sometimes you’re hungry after that kind of thing! They turn off the lights as soon as it’s my turn to order, and say “what do you need, we just closed.” I replied I thought they closed at midnight. The employee continues to be extremely rude to me through the whole interaction. They end up not even giving me the correct drink, so I call back after I leave to ask if the employee I spoke to was the manager (he had a grey shirt on). He of course is the one to answer the phone and confirms he is the store manager! Then treats me rudely again and HANGS UP on me. Will be calling corporate for my refund for at least my drink tomorrow, since the “store manager” feels it’s okay to treat customers this way.

Employees either close early or the listed times are incorrect. I placed an online order just before midnight on a Friday, it was supposed to be ready at 12:05, I arrived at 12:10 and the entire restaurant was dark. They’d closed and left. I saw the an employee (the last one there I believe) walking across the street towards McDonald’s.

Decided instead of doing drive thru, we would go to a stall. I feel like that was a mistake, all I ordered was the cheese tots, and a sushie. The woman who took my order sounded like she hated her job and life, and was very unfriendly. It took a good 15 mins of sitting their waiting for my food to come out, and when it did it is common sense to have a fork/spoon for the tots but they didn’t give me one. So I had to wait another 5 mins for that to even come out. Slow and terrible service. Probably won’t be back, unless things are changed and the customer service is improved.

My son’s look like they dropped it then fried it.
The speck you see is silver so I have no clue what that is.
The bottom of the almost gone one is so hard you can’t even squeeze it with your fingers.
The slushies taste like water and I got extra flavor.

Not to mention it took all of 20 minutes to get two corn dogs into drinks. Unacceptable if I could give zero Stars I would.
