I’m here every other morning because I work close. The people who work here I’ve never had a problem with, and have always been amazing to me.
My problem is their systems are always down on a bunch screens, Touch screen never works, And a few times the portable credit card machines don’t work. Seriously, corporate needs to help this place. If I’m frustrated, I could only imagine how frustrating it must be to the employees.
On the plus side, the woman who I always see in the morning, handles it like a champ. I really need to get her name, but nonetheless she’s awesome.

I tried ordering with the app, a diaster for sure, app couldn’t decide if I was real….kept asking me to verify with my phone number.
Resorted to the red button, worked fine.
#6 Burger was very good
Thought the app would be a better way….no way! I wasted 20 minutes downloading, installing, and trying to log in.

Food was okay. It was warm not hot as expected. The lady taking orders was extremely rude. I think she needs some training on how to talk to customers. I ordered food and it sounded like she was saying sides which I clearly told her my sides. She was getting very frustrated with me and screamed size its size what size small medium or large. I clearly told her large. I don’t appreciate being screamed at. If this person is unhappy maybe she should find another career.

Try to charge me for cheese that is supposed to come with a soft pretzel and then ordered popcorn chicken and wanted to charge for sauce that should come with it and did not even ask for extra sauce. This sonic sucks.

my family ordered here tonight and we watched everyone around us come and go with bigger orders than our 3 blasts and 1 large soft drink. we were offered no explanation or apology other than “we just got a bunch of mobile orders and they bump regular orders down on the list” when we were sitting in a mobile pickup spot….??? we were given two “one free item on this 4 item list” coupons with only a “have a good night” but that does not excuse the terrible experience we had. we also were given the wrong order once and watched the guy next to us get two of the wrong orders so the servers were clearly not even reading the tickets.

Well for the 3rd time I left without ordering.
1st time waited 15mins. 2nd time no hot dog special on Thursday, still advertising. 3rd setting at restaurant but told me I had to go threw app after I asked. I’m done with Sonic. Get you act together people. I’m not ordering threw app when I’m setting there talking on speaker!
