I never make reviews like this, but DANG our experience was bad… after sitting more than 20 mins at the drive through, saying “hello?” multiple times, we didn’t even get our order taken… much less made!! If there’s going to be a wait, fine. If you’re understaffed, fine. But you clearly could have taken our order or, at least, SPOKEN TO US, rather than let us sit in an ever-growing line of cars for 20 mins straight with 0 explanation or communication. I genuinely think they just wanted us to leave.

It was a bummer because I love sonic food and their new limited time options but this visit was just downright disappointing. The large fries we ordered were only half full looked like a small order of fries. The new triple smash burger I was so excited to try but they didn’t put any sauce on it and it was very dry and I had to put on my own sauce.

Stopped by Sonic for a medium blizzard. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time, I placed my order and pulled around to the window. The girl hands me the blizzard and I looked at it, half full with like a hollow area in the middle, hard to explain. I said this doesn’t look right, she said well it’s blizzard, again I said I’ve never seen one look like this, well, it’s a blizzard she says. I asked for the manager, she comes over and I show her, well, we never fill them all the way up, I said I have ordered many medium blizzards and never gotten one half full, if I wanted small, I would have ordered small, finally she says she can fix it. She went over and two other employees huddle around her, looking back at me, then brings it to me, I drive up to the garbage can and dumped it in. I’ll never go back. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have been treated like that. It was unreal!

Their service was not the best, I had to yell into the intercom and even that they couldn’t hear me. Punched in the wrong item even though he kept repeating he couldn’t hear me so he assumed I was ordering an item I never said. After we went over everything I had actually ordered. I looked into the bag on my way home and noticed I never got the correct sandwich. They gave me chicken sandwich with pickles only when I had in fact ordered a Chicken Club Toaster. These items are not even close to each other. If they were not able to meet my needs then they could have just told me and not charge me for something I didn’t ask for.

I just had the worst meal ever. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra mayonnaise and pickles and some tater tots and that new coffee. The coffee is decent. The tater tots were so old and hard I sent them straight back but I think all they did was microwave them and put a few new ones on top. I ate half the cheeseburger before I ever found any mayonnaise or pickles at all. And it was just as cold. Very very disappointed.

Got a shake from sonic today. I noticed the bottom was leaking some and didn’t think that they’re may be a hole, just thought I dropped some on the side and it leaked off. Got home it was leaking more, I checked the bottom and seen 2 stickers and pulled them back and they’re was a huge hole in the bottom of my cup. I guess an employee didn’t want to change the cup after mixing it so they just threw some stickers on it. Good food nothing to complain about except this.

Took forever to take our order. Once the food arrived it was cold, incorrect and missing food. We pressed the button to let them know but they would never respond. We knocked on the door and a lady who works there opened the door rudely and asked what we wanted. We told her we were missing some food and needed more ketchup. She said she would let the manager know. After waiting nearly 10 minutes and ignoring us we knocked on the door again and she barely opened the door threw a piece of paper at us and said that’s the general manager and call him. We called the number but the gentleman said he does not work for Sonic. Normally we don’t eat fast food but when we have ate at Sonic before we’ve never been treated like this. Paid for a meal that was incorrect, cold and missing stuff. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat.

We arrived about an 1 1/2 hrs. til closing time. We ordered. Waitress was extremely knowledgeable with the menu & very polite. We started eating outside at the patio table & had noticed that both of our tater tots lacked ALOT of cheese. You could tell the tatertots had been dropped in the grease more than once. The taste was not good at all. Then, all of a sudden everything went pitch black for a minute or so. Then the outside lights came back on. A lady sticks her head out the door & says “Sorry bout that. We didn’t realize anyone was still outside eating. We are fixing to close. All lights will be turned off in 5 minutes.” Then, turned the lights back on. We quickly ate our food, so we wouldn’t have to eat in the dark & left. Does the company have a dress code? Because even though our waitress was nice & helpful her shorts were SO SHORT THAT HER BUTT CHEEKS WERE HANGING OUTVTGE BITTOM OF HER SHORTS!!
