Worst Sonic I have experienced. Sat at one stal,l pushed the red button l, no response. The button timed out twice. Moved to a different stall thinking maybe that one didn’t work. Button timed out 4 times. Waisted 20 minutes just trying to place an order. Never had my order taken. I had my order taken once out of three visits.Half the digital menus don’t work when you try to pay, terrible at best! This used to be a good drive in no idea what has happened to it.

Last time I was here, I pushed the button and waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to respond. I literally was backing up as someone started talking. That was just for a mobile order. Today I ordered a drink and that’s all. It’s been 20 minutes and still have not received it..

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I have been there three times. The first one they took my order for a 44 Oz iced tea but after 20 minutes still hasn’t delivered it. The second time was okay. The last time I pulled in, pushed the red button and sat and waited to give my order put the screen timed out before anybody waited on me. I will never visit that store again.

Pulled up to spot & put it in thr app showing we arrived. Waited 15 min. I finally got out of the car to go ask someone and someone came out with our drinks. I said there you are! She said “have a nice day” with obvious attitude.

Sat for 30 minutes waiting to place my order. There were 2 other cars there so it wasn’t busy. I left. Dont bother with this place
