Ordered on the app, and then checked in once I pulled in. I ordered a fry, three burgers, and some chicken bites, along with a slushee, and the berry cream drink. I waited about 10 mins before the food came. The slushee was completely melted, the groovy fries were overcooked and cold, so they had been sitting for awhile. I requested sauces, and only got half of them. And I had also requested a drink carrier which I did not get. No napkins as well. Very very poor service.

I have been told this sonic three times and I have had quality service only once. The other two times I was told to “wait, please”, after five minutes I asked if our order was going to be taken and I was told “I’m sorry for the wait, but it will be a few minutes more of a wait” when I asked to speak to the manager about the wait time just to take the order I was told “we’re really overwhelmed and understaffed with new people” no attempt or offer to keep me as a customer. I apologized for taking up their time and said I would go elsewhere. They said “ok, goodbye ” I will no longer frequent this sonic in the future

Order kids’ meals, and he always gets just meat and cheese, with no bread or condiments. They put a fully loaded burger everything on it. His mom had to scrape it all off. Ordered fries and got a mix of tater Tots and fries.

My partner and I have been to this sonic 15 or so times in the last year since moving here. This simply has to be the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to, we both have always loved sonic because the quality is a bit better and who doesn’t love great ice cream. Here is a list of issues with this location- Service is outrageously slow, even when you order on the app, food quality is very low and made me sick the last time I ordered it, their ice creams are never mixed. The too 1/8 has the advertised ingredients and the remaining ice cream is plain white ice cream. Its sad to say but the next time my wife and I are debating what food we should go get, sonic wont be in the conversation. Hopefully it improves here, we love Sonic.

Wait 5 mins at the intercom for them to take an order every time. Every time they don’t have anything to serve because they stop making food 3 hours before they close. This location has dog water management dog water service and dog water costumer service. This is the only place in town that will make you wait longer than McDonald’s at night. The girls always in the building blowing vape clouds on the food. Horrid honestly

Terrible. Rude and drinks are never right. Food usually seems as if it has been sitting all day and tots are always a mix of fries and tots and they are way to salty (to the point that they aren’t even edible) We pay for add ins everyone and they either don’t put them or barely put any at all. App never works and they don’t honor the 1/2 off deal when it doesn’t. 10$ for two drinks that were wrong and didn’t include the add ins and now they are closed! Didn’t get a receipt from her or our change! We keep going because it’s such a long drive to another location and we love getting the slushees but we will not be back again after tonight. Wouldn’t recommend. I’d drive 30-40 minutes to another location if possible because the Greenville location is just awful

Food was VERY Salty. Burger was thrown together in a very hap hazard and messy way. VERY MESSY. Was only give one napkin. Ech!! what a messy and didn’t taste very good. Fries VERY SALTY. Not good for anyone. Hop was very pleasant but service very slow, even late in evening. Many young people raising cain and very loud! Almost out of control. Not going back to Greenville Tenn. location….NOT!

Fast and friendly service. You can either pull in and park by a menu or you can conveniently go through the drive through. Enjoy eating privately in your own vehicle!!! Sonic offers just about any kind of slushies, milk shakes, blizzards, and fried Oreos ♥️ Go check them out for yourself!! The burger was trash on a burnt bun and everything fried tasted like a funnel cake from the carnival, and the drinks tasted like mildew, this was my 3rd time trying and I won’t be back.
