This location never fails to surprise me. The cook is the only one that does a decent job. It never fails they always give me someone else’s order and look at me like I’m the problem. The employees are too doped out of their mind to be at a place of business or serving food. What can I say, it’s Chattanooga.

This sonic is so unbelievably rude they really need to get those employees out and better management in before the whole company goes under bc those people in there ruin everything everytime. They close early without warning and wont answer you at the drive thru half the time when its well past opening hours. Just all around weird and unprofessional.

I have been to this location three times, and every single time there is something missing from my order. Also, I never get the sauces I order, despite them being on the receipt. Every time I have had to ask for my sauces after being brought my food. This most recent time I was made to prove that I didn’t get my sauces, and then I was rudely given them. It feels like the staff here does not care about the customer and is inconvenienced by having to fix their own mistakes.

excellent service the new items on the menu seem to be pretty spot on. We had the new cranberry lemonade, and my girl seemed to love it. Depending on how busy it is to depend on how fast you’ll get your order, but the staff are always friendly in the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Keep it up sonic crew

Came by in the middle of the day and nobody was working here. Store was stated open online and lights were on. Multiple cars coming in, waiting, then leaving. Absolute joke, do not waste your time coming to a location that barely functions.

I was surprised at the quality of the shake here at sonic i have just recently started drinking milkshakes and ive had one from many different establishments and the one from sonic is no slacker its thick almost too thick to drink with the straw so make sure u get the spoon too lol!!!!!

Food was tasty for the price and quick. Only negative was when I pulled up and placed my order one of the employees was smoking weed right next to my vehicle. I’m not a fan of it so it bothered me but that was my only issue.
