if i could give 0 stars i would came in at around 3 for some lunch took me 5 minutes just to order when i did she got the order completely wrong had to change it at the window that took another 20 minutes i know my order is not $30 then i get my food and its the smasher burger meal you guys want to show me where the sauce on my burger is let alone the lettuce i told them to add its a fast food restaurant not rocket science will not ever come to this poorly operated place again and i will be telling anyone else to not come as well throwing this in the trash where it belongs waste of my hard earned money

Far too often I come here and sat at the window for longer than 30 secs or more with no one saying anything through the intercom. I sit here and no one says anything until your half way pulled off. Whoever is there 9/5/25 at 8:37am, young male, needs more training or to be fired. I left without ordering and so did the person behind me in line. Do better or find a job more appealing to you.

Sonic is sonic I guess. Long gone are the days that the nostalgic roller skates deliver you food that you want to eat and may have been decent. Now I believe any and all fast food chains are just garbage foods the shouldn’t really be served to people. Shame on me for getting my kid the blue slushy, I’ll work at being better on that America!!

I have been to a bunch of sonics throughout Tennessee, and many of them have very poor service. I understand that working in fast food can be a very reward-less job, but obscenely long wait times for a straight forward order can be very annoying.
HOWEVER! This sonic was on top of my order and got everything right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality and service I received. 5/5!

Ice cream broken all the time including lately on 2/28/26. Can never tell if it’s actually broken or employees are being lazy. Service is atrocious. Drinks not labeled. Food terrible.

at 2:10 Sunday afternoon I got an Uber for Sonic on highway 58. I pull into the store press the red button until then I had an Uber pickup for Kyle. she told me to go through the drive-thru and they’ll have it ready. she said it very fast and I wasn’t quite sure what she said when I asked her to repeat it she was already gone. I pressed the red button again to confirm what she said. then a car pulled up next to me push the red button and place an order. the lady told him that the order will be right out. so when she answered my red button again I told her I didn’t quite hear what you said I haven’t ordered pick up for Kyle. again she told me to go through the drive-thru. I said really you just told the guy next to me thst you will bring his order out to him. so why do I have to go to the drive-thru. she told me she’s doing the best they can blah blah blah. but you can’t tell one person or not doing hop you got to go through the drive-thru until another one okay I’ll bring you right there not right

Stopped by today after making app order. Pull up and wait a good while for just a sundae and a slush. Well the guy finally walks out and apologized for it taking so long, when I said it looks like y’all busy (lots of cars in drive thru). He said “nah it’s not we busy it’s the cook came in drunk” I asked for a spoon for the sundae and he said “we ran out and didn’t get any from the truck yet” so I find a fork in the car and use that to eat my sundae til it got to where I could drink w a straw.

Sonic is known for serving icecream, right? Apparently not. They have not had a working icecream machine in 10 months. TEN. Maybe more. On top of that, you’ll sit in the drive through for 15-20 min to find out

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks. They completely ignored the outside including Mobile orders and only took the drive thru. Worst customer service on 58 and that’s hard to do
