The quality of the staff and their food is great, but upper management needs to stop being cheapskates and get their people working computers. Half the time I drive here to order, they can only take pickups for online orders, and what happens when I order ahead to avoid this problem? Their “systems are down” and they can’t see I ordered food. My disappointment has hit rockbottom

I believe this the worst Sonic in Chattanooga. It should be shut down. I have ordered from there and picked up door dash from there they are always forgetting something . Their customer satisfaction seriously needs work.

Placed a mobile order, pulled into the stall and typed my number into the app notifying them I was here. Waited over 30 minutes, tried calling but no one answered, finally decided to go through the drive thru where I was eventually handed my very cold food.

I love Sonic to start, and the benefit of the doubt I’ll gladly give. I assume they’ve been understaffed for a bit because lately it’s taken a while to get my coney. No hate at all, just used to quicker meal service. The rest is great though

Very bad experience!! Sat at drive through for over 15 minutes no one ever took my order. Pulled around to the drive up service and finally someone took my order however they were out of Texas toast and I wanted 2 BLTs. Replaced my order with a burger meal, have been sitting here waiting on the order for over 30 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid for the meal I would drive off. This is the worst sonic and I will drive 15 miles out of my way to the nearest sonic next time.

look how delicious the famous pickle fries look . this was a remake and it looks even more better than the first time she handed me the bag but this in brainerd rd . pretty horrible . wouldn’t recommend getting anything from here, because how do you mess up this ?

When I arrived, a female employee was outside talking to a friend loudly. This employee spent the entire hour running in and out of the store on their cell phone. They wore a blond wig and had their t-shirt tied in a knot at their back. Over 90% of the time when the door opened it was this same employee talking on the cell phone, talking to friends, and walking around the parking lot in a lap talking on the phone. They came in and out of the store more than the car hop did. I observed 3 separate customers pull up, place an order, and get their food while I was waiting for my food. After I had waited 30 minutes, and saw the first customer who came after me get their food, I pushed the button and asked about my food. The person who answered the speaker cut me off in mid-sentence, (interrupted) and stated my food would be right out, and that they were short-staffed. The carhop came out and told me that they didn’t have any sweet or unsweet tea, and asked me to select another drink. I continued to wait and observed the car hop bring 3 more orders to other customers who arrived after I did. The carhop saw me watching and still waiting for my food and told me it should be out shortly. After I had waited over 45 minutes another employee came outside to ask me what my order was and told me that they didn’t see my order on the screen. I told her what it was and she said she would take care of it. At 58 minutes I finally got my food.
All of the stalls on the right side of the lot did not work.. There is peeling paint, filthy windows and looks run down. There was trash around the perimeter. Employees frequently came outside while I was there to talk to friends. The bacon was burnt. Honestly, I think the employees were busy hooking up their friends with free food, instead of trying to help paying customers!

One star because there are no Zero stars
Spend nearly $80 to get lunch for everyone and they left out a whole meal. The fries and tots were not even cooked. The manager didn’t apologize. Said all she could do is refund the money. Absolutely HORRIBLE!
