I stopped by this afternoon for my usual strawberry limeade, and it’s experiences like this that keep me coming back. I’ve made it a habit to use the app for my orders; it’s not only efficient, but the consistent discounts are a genuinely appreciated perk.
It’s great to see the expanded add-in options, too. Adding sweet cream to the limeade is a small touch that really elevates the drink. As always, the service was prompt from the moment I pulled in, and the drink was spot-on—no complaints. This location consistently delivers on speed and quality. So I just moved from Florida to Arlington Texas and I decided to go for a walk to get a Birthday card for my Son Cristian . I passed by this specific Sonic as I was very parched and approached the door to ask for a cup with water and ice . The wonderful Hispanic lady manager saw me and with no hesitation gave me the water. I then came back to the location on the way back after getting the card for my son as I got parched again . This time an African American manager approached the door and I asked very nicely , may I have a refill on this water I have . She proceeded to tell me , water is not free , I don’t do refills so I’m going to have to take your cup , throw it away and charge you for a new cup and the water as well . I didn’t know what she meant as the other lady did it and not once spoke out in that manner . Not very professional on her behalf or accommodating at all . This is a hospitality industry in which one should always try to step into one another’s shoe and look out for the people . I’m pretty sure Sonic wouldn’t make a scene about handing a cup with ice and water to a civilian who really needed it . That’s how you lose business and repeat customers . I as a kid would always love to stop in grab a chili cheese Coney and a route 44 Cherry limeade with some tater tots . Looks like I won’t be coming back to this location again.

My wife and I walked up. In the front there are tables and benches and a kiosk halfway between Sonics doors and HWY 41A. Food was delivered quickly and was what we ordered. Everyone working here was polite and efficient. The place was clean. A little more pricey that many fast food chains but well worth it.

Normally I don’t have a problem with sonic at all. But today they had everything out of whack. For one condiments requested left off food. Also I can see why the price of this breakfast bowl isn’t listed .. btw its $3.99 for a bowl of food smaller than the palm of your hand! Pros of today’s visit, drinks was correct an half price

Classic Fast Food Drive-in. Quick service and good food. Hundreds of flavored drink options. The flavored water is a favorite. I recommend trying a “water slush” – no flavoring. It’s cool and refreshing any time of the day. The new Hearty Chilli is a nice addition to an already full menu. Enjoy…I always do!

First of all, I do love my Sonic! I’m a frequent flyer at the N. Jackson St. location in Tullahoma and the food & drinks there are always great. The ONLY complaint I have has unfortunately become consistent problem at this location and it happens often enough that I feel the need to mention it here.
The center core from a head of lettuce DOES NOT belong on a burger! The center core from a head of lettuce doesn’t belong in a side salad, much less on a Sonic burger! No one wants to eat a hard, almost golf ball sized hunk of lettuce, especially on a burger. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me which leads me to believe that it’s a common problem for everyone. The core that ended up on my burger yesterday was so big it literally tore the bun when they assembled the burger. Sorry, but there is literally NO WAY the person building that burger did this without knowing it was there! Come on man!!!

The past few times I’ve been I’ve ordered extra fruit in my slushes/drinks and either got no fruit at all or an amount smaller than a normal drink would get. Today I got a RT 44 strawberry slush was given a large strawberry slush with barely any strawberries. As a former Sonic worker I know how much they are supposed to get and this past couple of month ain’t it!

This sonic is normally good with no complaints, but today we ordered 2 drinks. After about 10 mins, the kiosk said our drinks were on the way. 10 more minutes went by and no one had come. people beside had gotten there meals and they pulled up after us. They eventually brought our drinks out but didn’t offer a refund or discount after waiting over 20 minutes on 2 drinks!! They need to do better.
