Yesterday evening, I ordered off of the app. I ordered a small cheddar poppers and mozzarella sticks. The carhop handed me a bag with just the cheese sticks, not even sauce. I called her back over and asked about my cheddar poppers to which I was told that they are out. “But I paid for them.” “Well, we don’t have any.” I was flabbergasted. Without any apology, she told me that I could have something else. I told her that I wanted a refund. She told me to call the number on my receipt. I asked to speak to a manager and eventually had to go to the door. No help whatsoever. Neither were apologetic. In fact, they never once apologized and acted as if I were annoying them. I called the number and gave still yet to be given a refund. I paid for the food and be er received it, because they were out of it. They didn’t even tell me when they brought the rest of the order. Knowingly. No apologies. No refund. Corporate offered me a $5.00 coupon to which I told them that after this experience, I have no plans to return to a Sonic ever again… I had even left a tip on the app.

I’ve given this place a bunch of chances and the service is pretty consistently awful, Sonic food is actually pretty good, and it should be because it’s surprisingly high priced, but somehow I manage to run into the worst attitudes on earth at this location and today my fries were burned so it wasn’t really even worth it. Get it together! It’s especially strange because most of the other fast food places nearby have the most delightful people. Makes me wonder if the problem is higher up.

Food was good. Most of the screens, at least half did not work for ordering. Not enough room in stalls to deliver food to window. Overall expensive.

Couldn’t order on app. As usual. Pain in the butt decided to go through drive-thru and tell them my predicament and see if they would accept cash. She gladly did. After waiting 10 minutes for two chili dogs ( I guess the hot dog guy was outside putting up new signs in the menu boards) and glancing in to see what was taking so long seen management I would assume because she had a black shirt on different from all other employees) CHOMPING on gum while bagging up my order. it doesn’t bother me about gum chewing. But perhaps next time try to keep it subtle. .
Btw. Chili dogs were good and hot and lots of chili. . So … I guess that’s all that should really matter.

This morning I had the best experience that I have ever had at this location (but pretty much any fast food locations). SUSAN was my car-hop. I cannot say enough about how kind she was when I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size drink. And her overall demeanor and attitude was sweet, kind, polite, and focused on customer service! Good job Susan!

UPDATE: after a year wait to see if they had improved any the answer is NO THEY HAVE NOT ordered a milkshake and it was handed to me with the consistency of sweet tea when I told them they said that how our machine does it. Which means it’s broke and they know it but don’t care. Also trade it for a tea and wasn’t offered my 3 dollars price difference. This location needs a regional manager to come alstay a month or so. If you are looking for a sonic specifically they is one on either side of the mountain as you travel wait till you get there you want regret the wait .

Terrible I mean just terrible. Ordered buffalo popcorn chicken that was crunchy hard. Ordered jalapeño poppers got not ranch as requested. And the worst is the cin a snaks I Ordered for my kid. Burnt on the outside dough on the inside and no icing for them either. But hey not bad after a 10min wait. Done with this sonic location.

I had to wait entirely too long for the flashing red button to get someone’s attention while the employees were Vaping out in the parking lot. Then they have the nerve to have attitude in their voice when they finally got back inside And that on the intercom. Zero other cars is in the parking lot besides vape daddy

Standard, no frills, no thrills fast food drive-in. Simple menu of hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches and sides. Classic crispy chicken sandwich came with a fried chicken patty, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Fries were hot and crispy. Don’t ask for water because that comes at a price.

Only 25% of the stalls have screens you can order at. When you push the button to order no one ever answers. The drive through line was long and very slow, we finally left with no food after a long wait and not even ordering.

Probably one of the hottest burgers I’ve had served to me in a long time and it was absolutely fantastic. My opinion there is nothing more disgusting than getting a cold burger.
