If I could put 0 stars I would. I have never been mis treated so bad at a sonic in my entire life…. And all I asked was for my fries to be fresh. Not only did I get made fun of by the associate taking my order who’s name was Maddie btw just so the public knows not only will she intentionally interrupt you.. she also laughed me… so I knew from that point my food was going to be the opposite of what I asked for.. I received my food in 2 mins and I know it takes at least 3mins and 30seconds for the fries to be fresh. Not only did I cry after being humiliated cause I just wanted my babies food to be fresh. I will never go back to another sonic. For someone who works customer service I have never seen an establishment treat their customers so poorly and be proud of it

I ordered cheese sticks and a pretzel with a marinara with the cheese stick cheese sauce with the pretzel and two extra ranches when I pick up the order they leave my ranches out and when I call them on the button, they tell me I have to pay extra for those Even Though it’s already on my order, I will not be back. This location as fallen off hilariously bad. This location used to be great. Friendly carhops, good and fast food, decent prices (the increased prices I don’t even consider when reviewing a place because everywhere’s going up) But now, the person taking your order sounds like you’re a bother, most starting with a sigh and a bored “how can I help you.” I know food service is very hectic and taxing, but it sets the entire visit off on the wrong foot.

A few weeks back, I ordered my go-to sweet tea. I can only assume that when the canister was cleaned, some soap residue was left over because I could blow actual bubbles with my tea. It tasted like soap, the bubbles had a soapy sheen, all in all, it seemed very soap like. I went back (something I never do because I’ve worked in the service industry long enough and know that sometimes things happen and usually I suck it up) and requested just a soda instead to replace the tea I’d taken two sips of. The carhop that came out had a major attitude, telling me it was just bubbles from the tea making process (they wouldn’t have a soap sheen and the tea wouldn’t taste like soap) and then, with her hand on her hip asked “so what do you want.” I asked for a soda in exchange and she brought it out, but I ended up not drinking it. The amount of attitude I got from the person over the comm and the carhop made me distrust the drink.

We’ve had orders messed up constantly, my husband’s orders usually being the usual victim. The wrong toppings on burgers, paying for drink additives and not getting them, etc.

Today, I was charged for a double cheeseburger and only had a single patty. I’d made it home so I’m not going to bother driving back up to the location, spend gas and risk more attitude from the staff.

All in all, we used to love this location, but it’s gone so far down hill. Retrain your staff on customer service, figure out why you’re messing up orders. We’re a small town and don’t have a ton of options for a quick lunch, especially on the 110 side of town.

Today ordered a #3 just a single patty burger. What used to be a #2. Ordered like always, except its a 3 now. No cheese please,& with mustard. My response, ” it doesn’t come with mustard” should’ve left then, but didnt have the time. Got burger to location just up rd, cold burger, cheese not even melted hardly when I wanted NO cheese, & fries burnt & cold. This place has messed up order after order , I guess thats why I quit going. Why I bothered today ? I dont know. It’s going to hell in a handbasket though.( Wasn’t even crowded like it use to be during lunch, plenty of parking , that should’ve been my first sign!

Very unprofessional!! The managers should NOT be managers!! Even corporate contacted us saying that specific location has had many complaints.. they get our order wrong everytime and when we check it while we are there and it’s messed up they refuse to take the whole order back and redo it and they also refuse to remake it even with a receipt and the food being untouched!! The managers are rude and have attitudes and cursed me in front of my children when I said I would take it to corporate if they couldn’t replace my untouched food that I had JUST received! Me and my family and friends will not be returning to the Manchester tn 37355 location (the only sonic in that town) ever again!! The only reason I go is because my kids love to get slushees from there and it’s the closest fast food to our house. 2nd shift managers specifically are SO rude and don’t care to hurt your feeling or curse at you in front of your young children!

Don’t even bother tipping. They seem to not know what or how to make things on their menu, especially ice cream. Sick of going here and ordering a blast or a slush FLOAT and them not even adding flavor or any candy piece in the blast besides the top. Then they charge you for said flavors and candy but don’t add it. If I wanted ice cream with ice I would have ordered that. Get it together.

Ordered and paid on the app. When my food got brought out, I was missing my sauces. When asked if I could get my sauce, I was told that I would have to pay for it. They did not fulfill my order correctly as it was placed , then wanted me to pay for something that was already ordered and paid for. The lady was very rude that I talked to. Will not be going back!
