I asked for chocolate chunk brownie blast, and they did THIS. They also had forgotten spoons, and my other order I had gotten and then they said they were coming out and it took them an extra 15 minutes to come out! My order came out finally and it didn’t even look like what I ordered. The sonic Oreo blast didn’t have barely any Oreos in it, it wasn’t even mixed or stirred up. They are taking forever just to make a singular item, mind you no one was here at all. It’s literally just me and a couple of my friends. The only thing that was good was how nice they were but they still were acting like they didn’t have any sense. If I ordered a CHOCOLATE CHUNK brownie blast it should come out as chocolate ice cream with chunks of brownie in it? Not vanilla ice cream with barely any brownies in it and the hard chocolate things.

Cleveland, TN is absolute garbage. The customer service is terrible. I went just today (12/9/25) and pressed the button, activated it, saw the girl go answer the call switch and never address me. She just stared at me through the window. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. The food is never good; it tastes like it’s been sitting for a while. I’ve ordered popcorn chicken before and the order was at the car before I even had time to pay (less than a minute) and I know from working at a sonic that it takes several minutes to cook chicken. Save your money and go to cookout, where the food is much better and way cheaper than the garbage this location serves. There were also several stalls that were out of order, leaving people circling the building to find one that works because they put the tiny signs on the board where you can’t see them until you pull into the stall.

Order a number 11 with “groovy” fries. The chicken straps they served me were cold, burnt and small. The fries weren’t hot and no honey mustard but made sure to charge .50 for groovy sauce. The best thing about this place are the drinks. When I asked could I get fresh chicken they brought me a new batch which was nice but didn’t even bother to ask for fries. I figured I’ll try and give this place another chance however, my expectations were too high. Anyway the groovy sauce was tasty.

11/24/25 orders one of the most simplest of combos.The all American hot dog combo.Girl came back with tater tots.. I asked for fries… Then notice my hot dog was a chili cheese dog.Told her about itm she said she could change it.I said no by the time it’s fixed my fries will be cold. Came home with what I didn’t order, and the fries were cold and stale any way. Why did I even add a tip for this terrible meal. Won’t be back.

Honestly if I could give no stars I would… we came here to eat and ordered out food at 7:17. Got our food and both burgers were wrong and called them back to tell them.. we waited for 40 minutes after we told them our order was wrong for them to still bring the wrong burgers… we were there for over an hour. worst experience I have ever had with fast food..

Waited over half an hour for my food and all I ordered was a chicken club toaster and mozzarella sticks. The place wasn’t even super busy or over staffed. I really don’t know why it took forever for my food to come out.

Terrible. Apparently has been terrible for a long time. I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said in the numerous other reviews. Wish I had seen them before stopping by. Order was wrong. Food was cold and did not taste good. The waitress was nice though.

I ordered 2 drinks that’s it and waited 20 minutes pressed the button to ask what was going on because the screen said my drinks had been delivered. A young girl came over the speaker and said it would be another 10 minutes. Then why does the screen say delivered all I got was like I said it will be 10 minutes because we have 2 people working. Customer service horrible and don’t clear the screen to show it’s been delivered if it has not been smh
