This place is not that great nor does it hold up the yhe sonic I know. They are ouy of chicken, they are out of other food. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in a month. They only give you 3 napkins for a 5 person order and the food is like warm.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Sat for 15 minutes then knocked on their door 5 times before an employee came to the door. This was after one outside ignored me as well. Less than half the stalls are full, app order rejected, first time that’s happened. Was told they are behind on orders so they are not taking new ones. Then answer the call box and tell people this!!! Don’t be rude!!! Is buying food provides your paycheck keeping the business open so you have a job. Think people!!! RUDE

Person taking order was short, got the order wrong, and overcharged me. Drink lid came out broken.
It took 20 minutes to get service. Two stalls were unavailable, but there’s no sign. You just end up waiting for nothing.
I asked for the restroom. She said it’s unlocked and walked off. I checked, it was not.
I left with a full bladder, empty stomach, less money, and late to my appointment.

i really hate to leave a poor review for sonic, but i have been to this location 3 times for a blast, and every time i have been told the machine isnt working. i tried to order mozzarella sticks one of the times, and was told it would take 25 minutes for them (later at the night, low customer volume) and just decided i wasnt going to return to this location anymore. a let down too many times. i hope they can do better!

The attendant cut us off without our order being complete. I was worried to push the red button to complete our order, but I did. Sonic has the best drinks , right? & we came specifically for the drinks. WRONG, not here. We ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds & got ice, no flavoring & nerds. Asked for a replacement & got ocean water & nerds. I can not recommend this place and is not the caliber of store to be in Bellevue. Wont return to this location. 2/8/25 1pm-130pm<- yes 30 minutes at a quick serve.

I wish it was an option to not give any stars. This is the absolute worst Sonic! I have given them many chances to redeem themselves and they haven’t. Every time I’ve went it’s been something. It’s the closet Sonic to me that’s why I tried to give them a chance. Either their system is down or they don’t have what you order or they may not even acknowledge you pressed the button to order. Don’t waste your time!

Got a route 44 strawberry sweet tea and it taste like watered down tea with no strawberry flavor . My spouse got an ocean water and it taste like sprite with no other flavor to make it an ocean water . Both are terrible and definitely NOT worth the 8 bucks we spent . I will not come back to this sonic ever again as this happened last time I got a strawberry sweet tea here as well .

My order was wrong, and I got on the app to complain, They were very nice and said they would refund my cc for the 13.68 charge. They never refunded it, then I complained again, store manager contacted me and ask for copy of the reciept (which I still had) – I sent it to him and no response and no refund. To be fair – he sent me a email with a free meal, but that wasnt the agrement I had with their rep. I will never grace a Sonic drive in again due to their consistant lying to me, not to mention the sorry food order I got from them. That’s a Medium order of onion rings in the pic…. Bacon cheese burger no mayo, came with no mayo, no bacon, no ketchup… Do Not Go Here, You Will Regret It!
