Okay, Sonic. We need to have a little chat. I rolled up with dreams of frosty Route 44s and a trunk full of party-ready bagged ice. You served up the delicious drinks, no problem. But the ice? Crickets. Just the sad, free-form cubes floating in my cup. Rumor has it other Sonics are out here living their best lives as full-service ice depots, and honestly, I feel a little betrayed. It’s like showing up to a concert and finding out the band only plays the deep cuts.
That said, let’s be fair. Your corn dogs are still little golden-brown torpedoes of joy, and that strawberry limeade is basically liquid summer. They’re the only reason this isn’t a dramatic, one-star “ice-cluded” tragedy. You’re a solid three-star friend: reliable for a good time and a tasty bite, but I’ll never fully trust you to help me chill my cooler. I’ll be back… but my ice bags will be coming from elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. Awful customer service, awful attitude from employees and a complete waste of time. Will never ever return to this location. I am a Sonic regular and just happened to be on this side of town and decided to stop by for a route 44 drink. Smh…needless to say, 45 min later…no drink or refund.

It’s always been good but the last few time we got a unsavory server this last time she/ he was carrying large pocket knife on their chest which scared and made my family and I nervous to say the least.all around food was done well though

They gave me a drink in a cup that had a few holes on the side. I didn’t realize it until it leaked all over me & my car. I pushed the buzzer & let them know. They brought out a super size cup with no lid or straw (my drink was in a medium cup). There was no offer to comp my drink or even an “I’m sorry.” The car hop just laughed. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous for employees in a business to act this way.

I just door dashed a meal which was crazy priced because I unused door dash and when I got my meal I ordered cheddar peppers as my side when my mail got here my cheddar peppers were cold and there was no ranch no straw for my drink. Let’s top it off for when I called just to say hey can y’all please check your orders? No one said anything to me the young lady literally set the phone down next to her and just left me sitting there talking!!! I’m not disputing this with DoorDash my Dasher was great. She brought my mail here in a timely matter however, they put stickers and stuff on the bag which is totally safe so they need to check the orders and make sure that they’re right and definitely don’t just lay the phone down when someone’s talking to you rude as ever

There is a new guy that always mishears you and gives you the wrong order. It seems that he cannot understand and listen to English very well and I’ve been having to repeat myself every time I go here. The food is usually pretty good, but he always misplaces your order or something doesn’t even put some of your order on the screen. This guy needs to be moved to a different place in sonic or either be fired because this has been happening every time I go to sonic.
