The service was horrible. They told us we couldn’t use the drive-in, only the drive thru, but then we saw other people being served in the drive-in. When we ordered the food the person was rude and short, and would sometimes go silent between items and I’d say “Hello?” And she said “I’m waiting for you!” even though she hadn’t confirmed that she entered the last thing I ordered. It took probably 20 minutes for someone to take our payment and actually bring the food and there were still things wrong with the order after we got it.

someone in the family went for a pick up and after order I believe their destination was home which is minutes away. I got in the bag of food right after it’s showing. the burger was luke warm the condiments were soggy I believe one problem with that is you may have a dresser of burger putting large amounts of sauces on them mine anyway was loaded with sauce. the burger was not seasoned well and the taste of it was lacking sonics name to it. it did not taste as if sold over time limit to serving or throw away orders I did get the taste (feeling) that the burger was not made at, to order when made key to keeping costumers happy and coming BK one is to start making food when the order comes in 4 minutes is not long to get food and there percentage of service will be a majority of percentage of overall experience and if you are busy with orders that come in well then no worry there orders are made usually fresh and received at a timely manner based on the speed and how the food is prepared the ratings of service and atmosphere I selected low I based this on that I personial was not the one that was there my ratings came from experience of past and present time.

Easy to get in and out. Food is good and comes quickly. The only downside is alot of the screens don’t work so you need to make sure you find a working screen.

Rather slow service at 12:46. The place outside is disturbingly NOT maintained. ordered a simple number 6 and when i looked in the bag the photo shows what i received. dont know why they would think i would like to eat that but sent it back and the guy on the box wanted to try and give me an attitude and told me sometimes the wrapper does that! what? someone turning it sideways makes it look like that. will not be eating there again!! eater beware!!!!!

It seemed like they acted like the telecom outside wasn’t working because they didn’t want to come out to the car. Order was mostly right even though traffic was way louder than the speakers, drinks were awesome but our burgers were very sad looking, my Husbands burger wasnt supposed to have any onions and my daughters BLT was wimpy and missing tomatoes. They refused to use the drive ups and stated only drive thru. Yet, catered to a person at a drive up because they were Hispanic… discrimination at its finest. The food was cold like it had been sitting for a couple of hours to the point where the tatertots were chewy. The Cherry Coke I ordered was flat. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich… no such thing. Food is overpriced for the poor quality it possessed. I’d rather pay the high prices at Burger King for FRESHER food. About the ONLY thing decent out of the 40.00 we spent were the Ched R Peppers, even then they tasted as if they were a little old. It was like someone ordered EXACTLY what we ordered then left only to be sold out to us.
