Just had a terrible experience here. On Valentine’s Day. Went to to get 3 breakfast burritos. The lady was very short with me, didn’t answer any of my questions and then immediately hung up.
Then we got our food, where my girlfriend puked, due to their being a giant gross hair, we also got a burrito completely destroyed and not having anything that I asked about being in it, since those questions weren’t answered. Finally we got one “normal one” that was extremely small.
Threw this food out and will be reaching out for a refund. Shouldn’t have left a cash tip at all for this.

Spent $60, just for my order to be completely incorrect!! No bacon was on either of the burgers and were loaded with lettuce and tomatoes after it clearly says none for either of them on the receipt : One of the vanilla shakes we ordered was actually peanut butter and little did I know since I ordered vanilla & gave it to my wife that’s highly allergic!!! Thank god for the epi pen. When I called to speak to a manager the phones just ring and nobody answers, smh. Highly disappointed as my experiences in the past have been great with sonic, will not be returning & as a manager in costumer service this is unacceptable.

i only wanted a soda. i CRAVED a crisp dr pepper. what did i get? not that. and i didn’t get it for over an hour. truly disappointing. almost as disappointing as my last relationship. 0/10, don’t go to this sonic.

Came here at midnight and ordered a chili cheese tater tot with ranch jalapeños and onions , took 45 minutes to bring me the food and when they did they forgot the onions and ranch . I told them they forgot the ranch and onions and the server stated they were out of onions and gave me dipping ranch ….. worst experience I’ve had and will NOT be coming back here ever again

Every order they will told us to go drive thru. But drive thru is so big line. I have waited in drive thru more then 15 min no one showed up. The behavior and service was terrible. I won’t recommend this sonic.

This location is horrible. I am still here waiting. I have been here for over an hour with a mobile order. I went to the door to tell them my order. That was over 50 minutes ago. Then they finally give me my food just for it to be missing half the items. Not only that, I walk back up to tell them
and some red head gets mad and yells at me saying he put it in the bag. I am still waiting 20 more minutes in with nothing. There are orders sitting on the counter waiting to be handed out while 10 other people are out here waiting for their food. I am very disappointed and I know this company does not do anything to make it right (considering you can’t even do a refund) but i will never be coming here ever again. 0/10. do better.
12:12 he came out with my food. Gave me exactly what I ordered not what I was missing. He got mad and said “you have a box that big and don’t have a corn dog?” I said “yes, it is literally in the car”. He goes back inside and huffs under his breath “do you not see how busy we are?”. Honestly, i don’t care how busy yall are. I work in the food industry. It doesn’t take that long to give out orders let alone when they are wrong.

This experience was absolutely ridiculous. If that red head man was the manager on duty. he needs to be fired. The way he treated his guests and the lack of respect, accountability, etc. is insane.
We ordered toffee croissant bites, got jalapeño poppers, missing a medium tot, and a lot of other things. This location needs to get better staff and do better in general.

We ordered a chocolate shake, iced coffee and some salted caramel croissant bites and it took 20 minutes for it to arrive. The chocolate shake tasted like a cookies and creme. Not sure what was going on inside that it would take so long to arrive, as there were less than 5 cars in the parking lot

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to, I’ve came here 3 times and each time I’ve pre-ordered through the app like always (1burger combo + mozz stix) and checked in, it took me calling them after 18 minutes for them to bring me my food that had been sitting for Lord knows how long. I get it’s cold but it isn’t that cold yet.
To the crew, c’mon guys your stall customers are just as important as your drive through.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Picked up a pizza and thought I’d grab a quick drink on the way back to my Airbnb – WRONG. After waiting 30 minutes (part of that wait being at the door), I finally got my 2 drinks & my pizza is ice cold. This place is like the first bread slice of Sonic establishments, perhaps even one of the armpits of the Sonics. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping, it would’ve been better to open my mouth & stick my head out the car window to catch rain water.

Had been at the VA Medical Center in Nashville all day for x-ray, labs, and Dr appointment. Just wanted a slushy. Ordered the real fruit strawberry slush and added blue coconut. Placed online order in stall and waited less than 5 minutes 🙂 1/2 price through the app and hit the spot!
