I order breakfast burritos from here quite a bit and the consistency is very poor. One day might be a really good burrito, but the next barely has anything in it. Ordered 2 Super sonic burritos today. One no onion, one no tomato. The burrito that was marked no tomato was full of tomatoes, so they were labeled wrong. And neither burrito even had tater tots in it. Paid all that for basically a dang junior burrito. Highly disappointed.

Iv never had an issue with service but here lately every time I get a corn dog or chicken it looks old and over cooked these are the chicken tenders I got today in my order.

I go here often during happy hour or even outside of happy hour . I never had any issues with their drinks and 95 percent of the time their food is good . However today I picked up a dill pickle meal for my husband and the hamburger had no lettuce no dill pickle flavor on it . The fries were cold and no pickles on it either. So sadly we won’t be back for food here anymore . I will still get their drinks though .
Went back today 9.19 25 at 230pm to get a route 44 strawberry sweet tea with extra strawberries . And a large blood orange red bull . The tea tasted watered down and not sweet. Then the large red bull drink tasted like straight seltzer and no red bull taste. I doubt I come back for drinks or food for awhile . The drinks have been off the past few times but today was worse. My husband poured out his entire blood orange drink after one sip.

One shouldn’t need to yell when ordering. Fix your speakers/microphones. I’m sure the lady taking orders doesn’t enjoy saying “Can you repeat that?” four times every order.
I’d love to be a consistent customer again but until it’s fixed I’ll be going to one of the other great burger places in town.

This location usually sends out quality product. The kitchen does a decently good job. The front of house employees slack in packaging the order. More often than not my delivery orders arrive without any requested or default sauces.. I understand it’s inconvenient for tipped employees to dread DoorDash orders, but there is a company standard. It’s required to fulfill order accurancy. It’s happened so often, it’s starting to feel personal. Anyway guess I’ll eat my dry tots without sauce now.

Second time in a row I have ordered a cherry limeade to be served a $4 cherry colored carbonated water. Being a restaurant that “specializes” in fountain drinks, you would think they would keep up with the syrup levels. Cherry limeade is the main reason I visit sonic.

Does the job. Typically the service is good. But, one time we rolled in 30 minutes to closing time and one of the employees told us to go ahead and turn around as they would not be serving anything 30 minutes to closing time. I truly believe this was a one off situation. It just felt really crappy in the moment.
