ordered through app, arrive a few min AFTER the pick up time, put in the stall number, waited almost 30 mins to get food, people ordering that got there well after I was there, got there’s before me, i had to get go to a call box to get my order, Order was wrong, burgers cold and missing sauces sauces, missing dipping sauces, onion rings falling apart and had a weird sweet taste, the croissant bite where smash and horrible bag full of sugar coating, not sure where the caramel is in these salted caramel toffee croissant bits. This is the second time in a row this has happened. they also only had 1 women running food. She was moving it so no shade there. I ordered in the app ahead of time so that it would not cause me to be late getting back from lunch break, was over 30 mins late back from lunch.

I recently ordered off the app to pick up my food at 6:30 PM. I got there around 6:32 PM. I ordered an extra large chili cheese Coney along with some chili cheese fries. Once I received my food, it seemed like it’s been sitting for 15 to 20 minutes. It was cold and disgusting. The waiter was nice and friendly, but overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the food at all.

I went to Sonic today & ordered the number 1 with bacon. This doesn’t even look like a whole piece of bacon. I won’t make that mistake again. Also these tomatoes were getting thrown out.

This location is disgusting. They don’t wear gloves, even when handling the vegetables for your burger. They will pickup something that’s been dropped and place it on your order anyhow. They have cockroaches in the back near all the food. This place should be shutdown. I will NEVER eat there again and I will be sure to let everyone know!!!

5$ for a tiny breakfast burrito no thanks!!! Contacted the store they offered me a free cheesburger with purchase if I download the app. That really solved the problem, good p.r. skills. Thanks but I wont be back.

Training needs to amended , stop cutting off the customer on the other end of the intercom until he/she confirms they are finished telling you the order . Frustration in the worker attitude makes a good situation and pleasant atmosphere not good… do BETTER.

Waited 45 minutes for a ice cream and a lime aid with boba ny ice cream was melted and I was given sprite with boba and no boba stray we pressed the red button 4 times to see our progress and we’re topd repeatedly that it would be out in a moment when we finally got our order the delivery boy argued that he gave us the right order

Received a Grub Hub order tonight w a corn dog, large mozzarella stick, large popcorn chicken, & a sweet tea. Corn dog was overcooked, cheese sticks were cold, popcorn chicken was half old/overcooked & then its like they cooked another half order to make it a large which was grossly UNDER cooked, to top it off, I received a coke & not a sweet tea. $30 literally in the trash, will not be back.

I ordered the chicken strip dinner and I was highly disappointd. The chicken was small,flat and old. They looked like kids,frozen chicken fingers instead of actual breaded chicken strips. The “piece of bread” was hard and not buttered. The onion rings were the only good thing ab the dinner but there were only 4 of them. Follow-up to comment-I appreciate the owner reaching out and I will be calling the number given

This location is consistently very bad. Old hard and dry food being served. No care by the employees. They don’t even know how to wrap a burrito. Corporate really needs to step in.
