Grabbed footlong hot dog with chili, cheese, onions and jalapeños. Wife and I both ordered medium fries. Had I gone home to eat I would not have known we were given one of our fries orders. We ate in our car and were able to get that fulfilled. Server was nice about it and apologized. Restaurants should review all orders before they let food out of a kitchen. Everything else was superb.

We love Sonic in Nolensville Tn however got a cheese coni it was fine, I got a chicken sandwich that I have always loved Horrible, 2 orders of onion rings BURNED. None of this we knew until we got home. First time ever in being disappointed.

We stopped by Sonic on what was a really hard day—our dog Mojo’s last day with us. Before taking him to the vet, we wanted to give him a little treat, so we ordered two plain burger patties, just something simple that he loved.
When the manager found out why we were there, he didn’t charge us for the meal and even threw in a large pup cup. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and honestly, it meant more than we expected. Mojo was happily munching his burgers in the backseat, totally content, and for a few minutes it felt like a normal day again.
We just wanted to say thank you. It made a difference, and it’s something we’ll remember.

This sonic used to be better, but has gone downhill continuously over the past few years. Service can take forever. Often when you call in an order, they will just shut off your red button request and make you press the button again . Custom orders are often wrong and the restaurant is perpetually understaffed.

Worst service we’ve had in a long time and I work in customer service. The lady who answered was rude and short, told her we had a pickup order but she said they didn’t have one, so my husband told her we had an order # if that would help but she still said they didn’t have one and hung up on him!!! He had to push the button again, and again, she was rude and then said they would bring it out and hung up. He tried a third time to see if they had the “correct” order before they came out and she said they will bring it out shortly and hung up AGAIN!! Not only is it rude to hang up on someone before the conversation is finished, but the tone she gave off, as if WE were a problem. This is absolutely the rudest behavior for anyone to have in customer service. We placed the order at 6:03pm (Sunday) and it said the order was ready by 6:08. We arrived at 6:10, we live very close. The burgers were soggie and onion rings we over fried. I am appalled that someone this rude still has a job in customer service bc we all know that if she can be that rude to one person, she’s been rude to others. We frequently go to this sonic bc of the closeness to our house but we will now drive further just to avoid being treated this way. Thank you for listening.
