Horrible. The girl laughed at me on the intercom after messing up my order and i had corrected her. I ordered heath and snickers, paid extra and got sprinkled chocolate on the top and nothing inside. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t jump on here with a 2 star rating after my initial experience with the car hop’s attitude walking by my car staring us down for no reason; maybe she was having a bad day? I didn’t jump on here after the multiple experiences that followed where the customer service was clearly lacking. From the person taking the order to the carhop dropping it off, their tone just screamed “I don’t want to be here”. Ok. But today, when I asked to add a pup cup on to my mobile order, they proceeded to charge me $1.09. I had to take pause, reflect & quickly cancel. Not because $1.09 isn’t in my budget. Because never in all my years of ordering pup cups, in all the different locations from Starbucks to Sonic’s alike, across multiple states, have I ever been charged for a pup cup. While this location is convenient to my new home, it definitely doesn’t measure up to the customer service standards that one would expect from a service that ends with a tip on every to-go order. *
side note, there is ONE young man that brought out our order who was the exception to this pattern of fails. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He is the reason for the 2nd star. ⭐️

Not a good experience these wait staff are getting aggressive about tips. She tried to act like I gave her 10$ when 20$ was laying there and presumed she could keep it. Order was 9$. Finally got my change back.

The food was very clean and tasted great.. I going revise my review tonight I go and spend almost 25.00 on 2 slushes. 2 supersonic burgers.. And 6 Frito chili wraps. There’s even no chips in it Someone needs some more training

BRO 53 MINUTES. i waited and continuously pressed the button asking about my food (a small fry and small popcorn chicken) for 53 minutes. it was just sitting on a table in there the whole time and i never would have gotten it if i hadn’t moved to the drive thru so they couldn’t serve other people until the gave me my stuff. food was kinda fire tho.

This is a good sonic. I’ve unfortunately had several incidents where my food came out partially uncooked, but I usually have no problem here. Recent visits have been delicious. Good deals in the app too. The location is nice and clean as well.
