I sent my husband to order a drink. He arrived at 9:50pm. He pressed the button and nobody came on the intercom finally after sitting there for over five minutes with no response he left. I called the store to see if they closed any earlier than 10pm. The manager on duty stated they did not. I asked him when the next time the General Manager would be in and he informed me it would be tomorrow morning. I stated to him that I just did not understand why my husband was ignored. He had nothing to say did not even apologize or nothing. This is my go to place.. I will not be back as it is very clear that my money was not good enough to answer the intercom

Today they didn’t put my sauce in the bag and when I called up there when I got home they argued with me and told me my sauce was in the bag. I wasn’t nice to them about it either because it’s happened so many times, I’m not even going to lie. But after today, I’ll just go eat breakfast elsewhere where they can actually get the order right.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade. I was given a strawberry lemonade slushey.
Why didn’t I tell them and get what I ordered? I had driven over an hour to go to the orthopedic doctor. I still had that distance to get back home. Plus, I was pushing it to get to my next appointment.

You try to get someone to take your order on the screens and they tell you be just a minute and you stay for 15 or 20 minutes then you finally give up and leave and move to another spot in the same story. The restaurant needs to get some help they can take orders.

30 minutes to get food then it was cold and dried out server blamed us for ordering on app and putting patio stall # in said we can’t do that mind you the 100+ times of ordered from them it’s same patio and stall and absolutely never had an issue.
