No wonder the line at In N Out is always long. My burger came out cold with a hard bun, my wrap was not edible due to a hard chicken strip and sooo much sauce its all you could taste. My wife’s chilli cheese wrap had a small smear of chilli and a bag full of corn chips in it. The only good thing was our drinks. They were not busy, so that can’t be used as an excuse, there were only 3 other cars.

I was going to stop at the location by work in Mt. Juliet but decided to stop at this one close to home. I had my order loaded up on the app (which was just a Coke Zero with lime) and when I visited the pick up location from My. Juliet to here, my total rose significantly. Just for the lime it was almost double. On top of that soda tasted weird and the lime was old.

If I pull in at 5:57 a.m. you could just go ahead and make my food, your job is not that hard and I guarantee I’m going to get it after 6:00 and you’re going to charge my card after 6:00 so just go ahead and do it or I’ll do what I do this morning and go somewhere else.

Awful. Got bad chocolate milk for my kid, it was grey, and when asking for easy ice my cup was literally 100% full of ice. 4 sips and my large drink was gone, rip off.

Ashley was my car hop and for the second time was absolutely fabulous.
Just an FYI….I was parked at the door this time and happen to hear them kidding with each other as they walked back in. Teamwork means a lot when you spend half your life at work.
Every time I come here my food is hot, we’ll made and the customer service (especially Ashley!!!) is spectacular. Thank you, lady!!

The carhop was rude, they got our order wrong and gave me attitude when I asked them to correct it. They didn’t send straws. They forgot to bring me the corrected order, when I tried to ask about it they said they were closed, it was a cheeses and three straws and four waters that was missing and then still forgot to bring me the fork for my six year old tots and when I asked for a fork she acted like I had just said something rude to her. Then closed and hour early. Worst sonic ever!!!!!!!! I’ll never come back to this one!!!!!!
