Food is delicious. Chicken wrap was good, but following week chicken tasted rubbery. Employees are busy with Door Dash, but walking customer usually have longer wait. Recommend Sonic during day service is better, but at night you are definitely on hold.

Showed up on a Wednesday at 11am for lunch. Ordered corn dogs and a few other items. Corn dogs were just warm, but didn’t look fresh. The end tips were crunchy looking. The corn dogs had what looked like wrinkles/creases in them. Almost as if they had been refrigerated and later reheated to be served. Took a bite of the first one, spat it out. Took a bite of the second one and spat it out. Just didn’t feel like rolling the dice on getting food poison. There’s NO WAY these were freshly cooked within the past hour. Left me wondering if it was food left over from the night shift being recycled. Threw the bag of food out the window and left. $20 wasted. Went to Walmart and bought lunch there. This isn’t the first or third time I’ve seen this here. Paying premium price for food, I expect it to be fresh. Definitely won’t be returning. I hear the Lafayette Sonic is always a good experience. Why can’t Carthage get it together?

If there was an option for half a star I would leave it! The wait time for someone to take your order and then deliver your food is ridiculous! Two drinks and brings us one straw then when we get our food they shorted us one of our items. Tried to tell them on the intercom they shorted us then they tried to charge us and so we have to push the button to tell them again they shorted us. I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get the item they shorted us only for it to be the wrong item so here goes the wait again to get the right item. Then I get the little end piece of bread on my toaster sandwich. I won’t be back.

Traveled all day and stopped for a quick bite. Order 3 meals and all theee were wrong. Our two garlic bacon burgers came as normal bacon cheeseburgers, my husbands foot long was cold in the middle and the bun was hard as a rock. Fries/tots AND onion rings were stale. DO NOT STOP HERE. If it weren’t 20 minutes from our hotel we’d be driving back for a full refund. 0/10, do better.

I should have known this was going to be a catastrophe from the start. The guy in the drive thru acted like I was speaking Spanish and had to get someone else involved in taking my order, then my order took forever to complete and finally it definitely wasn’t as advertised. How are these two things the same??? According to that Sonic they are.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I’m convinced the only reason they still get business is because of convenience of location.
I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and tots, tots were fine other than the fact they tasted like they had been fried and refried. My main issue though is w the boneless bbq wings, these are definitely not as advertised- I was under the impression they were supposed to be covered in sauce. That’s what the menu shows and what I receive at any other location. Very unhappy. My boyfriend ordered a number 2 w no onions and no Mayo, he received a ton of lettuce and tons of Mayo. Not what he asked for. Extremely overpriced for quality of food and service. Won’t be going back if I have a choice. Every time we come here they mess something up.
Also, there’s a lot of loitering going on in the parking lot, making it hard to navigate and causing safety issues for drivers and pedestrians.
