literally the worst sonic in tennessee honestly. ive lived in carthage my whole life and literally EVERY time I get something from there it looks/taste/ or is OBVIOUSLY OLD reheated food. They dont want to make someone fresh food so they just make big batches and use it until its gone. its nasty. and any time i call they never seem to fix the problem. ive wasted over $100 at carthage sonic. only thing i dont have a complaint about is the ice cream… atleast there machines not always broke…..

I really can’t eat Fast Foods anymore. But when I pass there in the Evening, I see people eating at the outdoor picnic tables. Looks like everyone is Enjoying themselves. So the Food must be really good, or they wouldn’t get that much business like they do.

This was the worste trip to sonic I ever had. My son ordered a chicken slinger meal. The chicken was so old it was like rubber. I ordered cheese tots. We dropped them, so I ordered another one. It took over twenty minutes to get them. Still hadn’t gotten the chicken sandwich that they were remaking. That finally came another six or seven more minutes after the cheese tots came. We ordered a strawberry vanilla sprite. We got a vanilla sprite. We didn’t even say anything about that. We just took it. I’m usually not one to complain, but this was just unacceptable.

I should have known this was going to be a catastrophe from the start. The guy in the drive thru acted like I was speaking Spanish and had to get someone else involved in taking my order, then my order took forever to complete and finally it definitely wasn’t as advertised. How are these two things the same??? According to that Sonic they are.

Second time in a month I’ve tried this sonic… both times the food has been horribly old. The chicken both times has been so hard that my fork seriously could not stab it to pick it up!!! Ordered barbecue boneless wings, and out of the 12, 3 had bbq sauce on them. Chicken wasn’t even warm either. Paid the $15 and will never return! Avoid this place for anything other than fountain drinks.
