Absolutely worst service imaginable. No one in there knows who’s in charge and everyone tries to get your order at the same time and on top of all that they mess it up and when you try and go in there and tell them about it, they make it seem like you’re the one at fault. I would highly recommend eating asphalt than ever stepping foot into this joke of an establishment ever again.

I would leave no stars but that’s just not an option for this. They get one star because, well, I guess they got the Styrofoam cups right. There was much more to be desired at this location with this particular crew; with this particular product…. what started out as an annoyance in her voice over the speaker turned into a long wait for two blasts that came out with more than I wanted my child to consume. It’s sad to mess with a child’s meal when you having a bad day. We did nothing but show up at the wrong time. I will never spend my hard earned money here again. Reeses Sonic Blast?!?!?!

The food was awful!! Tater tots not cooked and my chicken sandwich was cooked to a crisp. I will not go back! Only gave it a one because you can’t pick zero. On top off that it was 33 for 3 meals. Just terrible

Staff is very rude, they don’t follow instructions or ringing up orders correctly. Their unsanitary. Theirs no gloves or hair nets in site. Always hair on the tops. Cooks on their phone touching earphones making customers food. Now today after having a milksshske yesterday I’m sick. I received an undercooked tender kids meal for my daughter yesterday.

This is the worst fast food in all of Opelika Auburn, Valley or anywhere. The food was old and cold. My chicken sandwich looked like they fried it last week and was hidden in the back of the refrigerator and they took it out toasted the bun and served it, and the tots were cold and disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. Yeah they were friendly while serving you a whole stomach virus or food poisoning. Straight up trash!

Fast and friendly. We live right down the street and get desert here a lot. We usually go through the drive thru so I’m not sure about the inside atmosphere but the drive thru is your typical drive thru. My only suggestion is to put more toppings in the blasts. I feel like it’s getting less and less.

this place has always been pretty bad. but today i went and they just let a regular cut in line?! the girl didn’t care at all. their blasts aren’t even blasts–they’re just ice cream with toppings on it. it takes at least 10-15 minutes in the drive through every time. i will not be giving my money to this sonic again.

Stopped to get a drink and use the restroom, nasty was not the word both bathrooms were out of order and someone had vomit in floor by the trash can it was dried, floors looked like they had never been cleaned. Needless to say we left without ordering anything.
