When i placed my order from the drive up menu,the worker replied this is not Burger King.
Im sorry but if the problem is you no longer offer what’s on the menu that was not the correct reply. If its not for sale take it off.

Worst sonic ever they never fix your food the way you tell them they do what they want to do!!!! Order two combos of chicken sandwiches and extra Mayo mustard and when I got home the order was completely wrong… I wasted $16.55 just for two combos never again. I also went back there and one of the workers was nice but when they redid the chicken sandwich it was really hard I guess they have a new cook in the back and I think it could of been better honest

Food and service are both good but hardly any of the stalls work. The interactive ordering screens weren’t on in over half of them and the one vacant one we found that did work didn’t have a menu.

Hardly any of the straps are operational, they are always out of items when we go out one of the machines is down and the service is very seldom good.

Pulled in on April 19th, 2025 (Saturday) to get a large Cherry Cream Slush, (To anyone that may not know what this is, it’s a Slush drink mixed with vanilla ice cream.) To my surprise they brought me a regular Cherry Slush claiming it was a cream slush, when I opened the lid and showed the carhop there was no ice cream in it, she began to tell me the cream has melted and mixed into the drink. I called her out on her lie and asked for another, she brought it back out saying that the manager refused to make another and that it is indeed a cream slush. I then decided not to argue and requested a refund for the drink, the carhop then told me that they don’t do refunds. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager brought my drink back out asking me what’s wrong with the drink, I explained that it was not a cream slush like I ordered and that I was declined a refund to which the manager said she never declined a refund but still persisted that the drink was correct, I then poured the drink out on the parking lot to show her there is no ice cream in the drink. Turns out the manager herself does not even know what a cream slush is.

I ordered the bacon Breakfast Toaster and it was perfection. The toast was golden brown on all sides of the bread, the egg was neatly folded and the bacon was placed neatly on top. The sandwich was delicious and the service was spot on!

Sonic is in serious bad shape for lack of workers to help customers. This place was overwhelmed with orders after July 4th fireworks and being one of few eateries open at night. We never got waited on thru the speaker, even waiting over 30 minutes.

Why is this sonic seem to always be out of ice cream? Cant do the sonic blast, then can’t do strawberry shakes, no strawberries, then don’t answer, when push the button second time.
