I haven’t been back to this Sonic in about a year, my experience was bad but they have stepped their customer service up.
From the moment I pulled up the service was amazing.
The GM Wendelyn( i hope i spelled it right) she is pleasant, kind and professional.
My food was correct and it was fresh.
I will definitely be returning now!
Update!! I went back and Mrs. Connie was absolutely amazing as well. She was kind and professional and my order was perfect!
This place has turned around completely!

We pulled up to the kiosk and we were gonna order, the girl running the machine then said “can you go to the window, it’s too cold.” We order our food, when we get to the window she’s very rude. Then when a sending person comes inside, THE GIRL GOES OUTSIDE TO DELIVER FOOD IN THE PARKING LOT. terrible customer service. She had orange hair, a septum piercing, and round glasses, with terrible eyeliner might I add.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a drive thru,we waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 min with no response we then pulled into the little bay areas to order and again sat for ten minutes,we decided to give drive thru another try and waited for ten minutes till finally a lady responded,when she did we stated our order and after we were done she said “ hello what can I get for you” even though we had just told her our order,we then stated our order again and she kept getting an attitude and we pulled up to the first window to pay,she told us our card wasn’t swiping when we clearly had money on it,then proceeded to tell us she only had lemonade and sweet tea….sonic is known for their slushies and milkshakes…how do you not have anything? I paid for a medium fry with extra cheese and I received burnt fries that had barely any cheese on them,I could go on and on and on about how bad the food and the service was but I would be here forever,I will for sure not be coming back to this restraint ever again’

We were finally able to get a footlong coney that wasn’t so salty you couldn’t eat it. Would have been 5 stars had the person taking our order told us they were out of children’s toys and wacky packs. When you have an order with kids meals you should inform the person placing the order. The sweet tea wasn’t syrup for a change . Husband’s cherry limeade hit the spot for him. We will go back and maybe management will correct the issues.

I ordered 61$ worth of food just for it to not be good, they barely mixed in any Oreo in our 2 blast I ordered. They didn’t have the original option I chose of turtle nut but I should’ve gotten a refund if I had noticed they are basically just plain ice cream with a literal dash Oreo in both of them. There fries where dried out and old as all belief they also forgot the marina. The burger was burnt to a crisp and tasted horrible I will not be returning because for 61$ I expected better

Order mozzarella sticks. Large order. Sticks were cold. Tasteless. Flat. Cheese was about 1/16 of inch thick. Looked like they had been cooked many hours before. The Sonics in North Mississippi are many times better.

If I could give it a negative I would. We were the only ones in the parking lot (maybe one more). Wendowlyn made our four blasts and let it sit there for 30 minutes. We drove around to drive thru to ask for a refund and discovered she had made it, sat it down, then did nothing. She kept that $5 tip though didn’t she?. They said it was her leaving off her shift crossing in front of us. Pure laziness and embarrassing to the company. If you don’t wanna do your job, don’t get one. I’m in the service industry so I get it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then the manager didn’t come out to fix the problem and said we’d have to deal with it online. Thank you to the drive through girl. She remade the drinks and the kids were happy, she’s the only good one. You need to fire some people if you wanna keep a business. Judging by the reviews recently you won’t be open long. Don’t even waste your time here

Drove 20mins there and 20mins home to get sonics and they couldn’t even get my order right. Ordered 2 super sonic bacon double cheeseburgers just the burgers with no pickle or tomato for allergy reasons. Both burger were in the bag along with everything else so I didn’t think twice about checking for the pickles or tomato’s because I’ve never had an issue there with that. Got all the way home only to open mine and my wife’s burgers and it’s covered in pickles and tomatoes so now both of us can’t eat the food we paid for as the juices are all over the burgers! For $40 and a 40min drive man it would have been nice to be able to eat our food. I really don’t understand how hard their job is?! I worked fast food and if you have basic reading and understanding it’s super simple! Kinda pisses me off that the most they will do is say well you can drive back down here and we will make new ones like a 40min drive is worth 2 burgers!. Great I spend $40 there and waste gas to go get it and drive home and the most they say is well you can always waste more gas to come get new ones. Tell your workers to do their jobs and quit messing around. Reading ain’t hard
