Ordered a cheeseburger, fries and two foot long chili cheese coneys. Sat AT THE WINDOW FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES. Got our order and glanced in the bag to check order, looked like it was all there, drove home, these are the two “chili cheese coneys”. No chili, no cheese, ice cold hotdogs on bare buns. How can they take 20+ minutes to get an order this wrong???? Ridiculous.

I placed an online order and pulled into a stall to wait. I ended up sitting here over 35 minutes.
Drive through line is moving just fine, but not the ppl at the stalls. The only person running food told me, “Your food is done, but so is a lot of people’s.” That’s not okay. I ordered online specifically so I could get back to work on time, and now I’m going to be late returning from my lunch break.
I also tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. No one answered the stall speaker either.
Please get that kid some help and fix whatever is going on here.

Staff is friendly and will serve you with a smile unlike the McDonald’s across street. They apologized the food would be a minute and chatted with me while it was finishing. The food was ready like 2 minutes maybe after they apologized. Something for the better has changed for this location!

Showed up last night with my boyfriend and was informed they ran out of the peppermint bark for our shake. The lady who worked there (Lillian) provided a replacement and was very sweet!! Provided great service, hot and fresh food, and made the environment feel relaxing. Def would come back again

Person taking the order does not know the menu I’m assuming they were new. They were going to give me a drink without ice when I asked for a cup of ice they said they were out of ice. If you are a corporation known for having ice you might need to let people know that up front. Didn’t order anything just left after that disappointing discovery.

Slowest Sonic i have ever been to . They are always understaffed and unfortunately the wait times reflect that. If you go through the drive through be expecting to wait a minimum of 30-45 min. 2 people working on a Friday night is ridiculous when the order screen is slammed with orders and they’re busting their butts doing everything to keep up and it’s still not enough. This location needs help ASAP

I had a really nice time today at sonic because this lovely young man named Ethan explained to me how to use the sondic app! I really wish I could’ve chatted with him longer! Also the food was shit but its fine because Ethan was so awesome!

Went to the sonic in Robertsdale before work the other morning and tried to pick up an online order and the guy working was EXTREMELY disrespectful and talking to me with so much attitude right off the bat for no reason at all. Then proceeded to tell me one of the items I ordered on the app was discontinued and that I needed to call customer service and they “might” be able to refund me and shoved the bag at me without offering any substitutes or apologies. Was almost then late because the whole process took over 20 minutes.

If I could give no stars I would. The female taking our order at the drive thru tonight was rude. We ordered our food and my husband asked for a sonic blast. She told us the machine was down. We assumed they were cleaning it since it was close to closing time and understood. We pull to the window and are waiting for our food and happen to notice the girl making a sonic blast….for the Sheriff deputy behind us. The service here has steadily gone down over the last year and tonight’s visit will be my last to this location. To top all of this off, my tots were so hard from being overcooked, I couldn’t eat them.
