Came in around 11:45 for lunch. Waited maybe 6 minutes to get our order taken. No biggie. Order came out super quick and everything was fresh and good. Lady taking order and the lady who brought us the food were sweet.

My meal was hot and freshly prepared, the service was respectful and polite. The quality of the food was another issue, my double with cheese had little flavor to it. The ketchup and mustard was missing from the sandwich and the fries were greasy and tasteless. I was truly disappointed in comparison to other visits.

I had heard enough about the new churro shake and finally had to try it. When I got it, the mini churro on top was warm and crispy with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar. The shake had a nice cinnamon flavor but I could not pick out the caramel mixed in. I liked the shake overall and was glad to see a unique item on the menu. It tasted like a Snickerdoodle cookie. I would order it again for sure.

Don’t know how to make special drinks if you order them, and tell them out to make it. The Speaker do not work well and they dont label or know what drink is which when its brought to you. I usually have an ok experience here but this time absolutely horrible

Showed up here for breakfast and nobody answered the call or drive thru. It was 9:00. They stood looking at me when I physically walked up and tried to order.

If there were 0 stars I would leave it. Sat in line for 10 minutes with no response in the drive through went to a stall. Again nothing. Drove around the building to see an employee on his phone I rolled down my window and said anyone working? He looked around and said uhhhh…. Drove across the street to Freddie’s and received excellent service!

Came to get this double quarter pounder with cheese and got a skinny little double patty of nothing. No way it’s a quarter pounder. Totally disappointed.
Next time I’m going across the street to Freddy’s. Much better burger and the shakes are much better as well. Show string fries and onion rings blow away Sonic. I will say the guy in the drive thru was super nice.
