The worst service ever! I ordered one drink through the app and selected ASAP for pick up. I arrived 6 minutes after placing the order. I waited over 20 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering in the app & selecting ASAP if the order isn’t ready?

Gave it another try yesterday after bad service in the past. After pressing the button and waiting, someone said something undiscernable through the speaker and didn’t respond when asked to repeat themselves. After another minute or two of waiting, I pressed the button again. This time I was told to wait 5 minutes and call again because they were busy (in a pretty rude tone of voice). I replied that no, we were leaving. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Hire some more/better employees and give them the leadership they need to do a good job. This is bad management, plain and simple.

Everything at Sonic was nice except the fact I had not eaten all day and asked could I have my food cooked hot, well it came out very fast and I knew it couldn’t have been cooked hot and it was warm. I was very disappointed and haven’t been back. I will give them another chance later on.

The people waiting on you are some of the worst!!! The girl who took my order had the worst attitude. You couldn’t understand what she was saying and when you asked a question, she got an even worse attitude. I won’t be back.

My order came out pretty quickly. No complaints about the time the prep time. The burger however does not look like the advertisement. It’s a lot smaller a little bit bigger than the size of a biscuit. Is cheesy the tomato is seemingly fresh. I asked for no mayo but ketchup and mustard instead thank goodness they did not put mayo on it but nor did I get the ketchup and mustard. The sandwich tastes good it’s just so small for the price. I’m glad that I got it on special I would not order it regular price.

Used the sonic app. Food was ready when I arrived, and was hot, and fresh. Special ordered hamburger was correctly made, and excellent. Cherry limeade was great too. Young lady that brought order to car had mask, and was very polite.. will gladly frequent this establishment again.

The Coke was mostly carbonated water and the tater tots were so overcooked that they were like chewing rocks. The girl didn’t bring a straw or and when I asked for one she acted like it was a bother. Waited a while and never saw her again.
