I ordered the sonic smasher with lettuce combo. The meat was raw!! I shared this bs with my kid. It’s a good thing I was able to keep him from eating his part! Luckily, I was home when realizing this. Otherwise, I’d returned it back to Monroeville. I’ve tried to give this location another chance, but after tonight, I’ll never order here again!

They have no drive thru… and our orders have been screwed up a few times, but the burgers and shakes are great. These kids run around doing their best so always tip the server ! They really bust their butts!

Gave one star only because I had to choose a star before being able to write my review. The Sonic in Monroeville, AL is TERRIBLE! The customer service is worst than TERRIBLE! While taking my order today, the Sonic employee was talking to me and someone else at the same time. She had us both on speaker. She called out an order to verify, I told her I had not ordered yet and she told me “I wasn’t talking to you!” How was I supposed to know she was talking to someone else when her voice came through my speaker? Very rude and she continued to do this! I have had other bad experiences there but this one was the LAST!

Cheese sticks were cold, drinks were made wrong and I had to pay for them to be remade, sauces were open, in friendly staff. Overall would not go back !!!!!

My order came out pretty quickly. No complaints about the time the prep time. The burger however does not look like the advertisement. It’s a lot smaller a little bit bigger than the size of a biscuit. Is cheesy the tomato is seemingly fresh. I asked for no mayo but ketchup and mustard instead thank goodness they did not put mayo on it but nor did I get the ketchup and mustard. The sandwich tastes good it’s just so small for the price. I’m glad that I got it on special I would not order it regular price.

Went there made my order, food took about 20mins okay. I checked it my ultimate meat and cheese burrito had no cheese it was dry and flavorless, my tots was cold and old. They did not give me any sauce for my chicken tenders, the only thing that was worth it was the large sauce coated pop corn chicken and the drinks. I want to try the master blast tomorrow I hope it’s worth it and not like the food I received.

I give this place chance after chance to do better and yet every time they fail. Took 35 minutes to get 2 wacky packs. Let’s not forget the time I had a blue band aid stuck inside my bag. I refuse to go back. Should have a long long time ago.
