This Sonic is in a really busy location so I wouldn’t want to try to eat here during rush hour unless you are coming from the east where you can turn right in.
I ordered through the app and it took about five minutes for my food to arrive.

We are about to stop giving this area and this area ONLY our business the reason is because it seems like every time we come here you all can’t seem to get it right when it comes to what we order, first it was the drinks now it’s the food, IF we wanted a #7 footlong with only cheese and extra onions that’s what we would’ve ordered but we didn’t we ordered chili cheese foolongs with extra onions instead we get this mess! From now on I’ll just take that ride to Eastchase or Prattville since they seem to be the only ones who gets my orders right every time I go there, cause idk what this crap supposed to be and them fries was old too.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband and I have been coming to this sonic for years and it has never been as bad at it was tonight! We waited over an hour for an order! Then we door dash and one customer ordered two milkshakes and they melted all in my car before the rest of the order was ready! Then when I finally got my food, it was awful!!!!! And I was shorted on my order!

This is one of only two Sonics in Montgomery with good food. The problem is the staff. My favorite interaction was when I tipped the guy in yoga pants in coins. He looked at me. Never greeted me. Never said a word. Nothing. It was two dollars in quarters. Meanwhile, I greeted him and thanked him, apparently doing his job. Terrible service! Another time a literal bug was in my shake- same server. Not a word. Worst service in the city, which is not a high bar.

They jipped me on my LARGE popcorn chicken, when I showed it to the associate he said that’s how much is supposed to be in that size. Also, it was the bottom of the bag cause the little that I did get was primarily the breading. Many of the chicken pieces didnt even contain chicken. Then my cheese sticks were a large but only had 7 in it, one of which was short and another 2 that didn’t have the cheese in them. My tea was supposed to be “easy ice” but was “normal”. This was so bad I left a review with sonic, google, Facebook and my own personal FB post. I will NEVER return. Which is so sad because I frequent that area often.

“Do not visit this sonic” The service was terrible and the outside was unbelievably nasty. Got my order wrong, & it took forever to get food. And some of the employees couldn’t even count money. Gave a $50 Bill for $15 worth of food and I had to explain my correct change after 2 attempts them trying to give back correct change.

My poor son couldn’t even eat it, took one bite and said it was hard and hurt his mouth.
I am not sure how this Sonic is still open to be honest. Every time we go there, we vow this is the last time. They always appear to be understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if all Sonics pull their locations from Montgomery.

Not sure how this place is even still open. They are rude and the food always takes way longer than it should for how little business they have. I’ve been ordering on the app and get there when it says my food will be ready then still have to sit there and wait sometimes 20-30 more minutes!? Then when I try to call to ask if there’s an issue, they NEVER answer, never apologize for the long wait. You’ll get your food faster by just pulling up and ordering at the box but even then it takes so long. NOT fast food at all and it tastes disgusting
