This location has consistently maintained very slow, very poor service for years. It is an eyesore in the community. It is staffed by disinterested people scrolling their phones.

Called the manager on Night Shift about an issue that I was having with my order about how my food was played over and made incorrectly, making her aware of what went on with her and her staff, and she immediately began screaming at me telling me to contact DoorDash, her attitude was nasty and she was very rude. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would!!! Took almost 40 minutes of waiting and my food was only brought out when I had to press the bottom again asking how much longer and they proceeded to say to be patient after waiting so long! At this point just cancel the damn order. My food cold anyway!! And on top of that they wanna give me an attitude for checking on my order after a 40 minute wait! Ridiculous!!!

40$ for fast food is insane when you get your food and the grease is old, the food isnt hot and the so called fried pickles were as mushy as my cinnamon apples. Attached a photo of my pickle fries handed to me less than 5 minutes before photo was taken. Just took a photo and tossed the heap of old grease.

I ordered 10 burgers, 3 corn dogs, 1 BLT combo and 2 blasts. I knew it was a big order so I didn’t mind waiting. But when I got my order, we didn’t have our corn dogs and after I got home to eat my BLT I noticed the bread wasn’t toasted and worst of all… There was no bacon what’s a BLT without bacon? That’s the most important part.

Eat here at your own risk. I was passing through and pulled into stall #3 to get my order. My 11yr old daughter ordered a double smash burger combo. They brought the food out on time which was a positive. But when she got home to eat she bit into the burger and spit. Plenty of hard black burnt chips in her burger. It’s a clear sign that it’s unclean. They scrapping burnt residue when they scrape the patties when they assemble their burgers. Please beware if you eat from this millbrook location. We will only eat from the Prattville location after this horrible experience.

Camie the manager there is amazing and she is a hard worker. If it wasn’t for her there it would fall apart. Camie is the nicest, sweetest employee that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito with no tomatoes, no onions, no cheese. What i should have recieved was a burrito with eggs, sausage, tots and jalapeños. But instead I got a burrito with eggs, sausage, tomato and onion. This is the second time this has happened! They just can’t seem to get my order right. I know I’m a little particular about my order but damn. Last time they gave me a burrito with JUST tots and jalapeños! Ridiculous.
