Service was quick, the carhop was very friendly, and food came out fast. Nice atmosphere, everyone seemed in good moods. However, my only complaint is that my chicken bites were either slightly overcooked or had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Nothing that some extra buffalo sauce couldn’t fix, but aside from that it was a good experience. Thank you!

Went to Sonic in Centre Al. Worst food ever. Got chili cheese tator tots and chili cheese wrap. There was hardly any meat. Got mozzarella sticks. They weren’t cooked all the way. And cold. Got soft pretzel but they didn’t give me the cheese dip for it. What is going on there!?!?!?!?

The Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito in Centre, AL verses the one in Hokes Bluff, AL is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.. in Centre, no bacon and very little inside!!! I won’t go back to the one in Centre, AL this was not the 1st time that they skimped on their food!!! Corporate needs to eventually DO SOMETHING!!! The 1st pic is Centre, the 2nd pic is Hokes Bluff!!!! Huge difference!!!

Paid over $30 for double bacon burger no cheese, lg fry, chili cheese tots and a chili cheese hotdog. When it was brought to me I asked if they left the cheese off she said no there was cheese on it. So she took it back. When I got home it was a plain burger with double cheese the fries and tots were so salty we couldn’t eat them the hotdog was nasty. We trashed everything!!!What a waste of money!!!

This was my first time at a Sonic Drive-In. The customer experience was okay—nothing special, whether through the speaker or when the food was brought out.
One big downside was the environment—everyone around me had their cars running with the AC blasting, so I couldn’t even leave my window open without getting a strong dose of exhaust fumes. Definitely not the most pleasant dining atmosphere.
As for the food, I ordered the Garlic Butter Bacon Burger and… wow. It was easily the greasiest burger I’ve ever had. I originally planned to hit the road and eat while driving, but the grease was dripping through the wrapper so badly I had to pull over and eat it in the car. Not the kind of road trip fuel I had in mind.
My star ranking system:
1: Bad / Don’t go there
2: Could be better
3: Average
4: Above average but not the best
5: A true top notch place

Waited 20+ minutes for a chicken finger combo and hot fudge sundae. Just for the fudge to be cold, chicken fingers cold, and the ice cream was melted.

I attempted to order 3 smash burgers, 1 order of cheese fries, and two drinks. After 2 attempts to order through the speaker, an attendant came and took the order at the car. She repeated it to me correctly. When it was delivered, 1 of the burgers was missing. One of the burgers was way overcooked, and the other one had half a tomato on it. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I wish I could give a 0 rating!!
