Service was great but the milkshakes were like water thin and the food was kinda stale like. I love Sonic and I really hope they can get their food and drink stuff like it used to be! I gave a 4 rating and not a 2 because I have faith in you Sonic! Please don’t let us down!!

It’s okay but the service is very very slow. One time I sat for over 15 minutes waiting on one soft drink. Ordering food takes longer than that. It doesn’t matter if I place an order in the app before I even leave my house or how simple the order is, whether it’s just a drink or two or a meal or two. It takes so long. I don’t order the frozen treats here because they are always melted by the time I get them. Some of the carhops are great.

Press the red button several times. We got no reply. There were maybe 4 or 5 cars there at first. We stayed about 10 mins. Still no response. So we left ,it was 1 car there.

Quick great employees. One of our drinks had a small crack in it and was leaking in the car. Came back and the worker immediately replaced the drink and gave a bunch of napkins and apologized. Great, quick, and reliable service. Will be back if im ever in the area again.

Since the ‘new owner’ took over, this place has gotten awful! Orders wrong, taking 5 minutes to get a drink that was ordered on the app, one Saturday morning, there were several stalls full, and NOT ONE worker was visible inside! I had placed a drink order on the app (because keep in mind, this new owner took the 99 cent deal OFF!), I had to get to work and couldn’t even get my drink! There is one lady who has been there years, and thankfully, she still does a great job- just never know when she’s gonna be there :/

Since last year, twice and now this year. The taste of food at this location is not good like other locations. The amount they make or give of the food, is less under other. You ask why the taste is different and the amount given. This is a last resort place to eat if you’re in this area. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the good attitudes. Let me say I’ve tried both lunch and dinner times. Others aren’t saying because there’s only a few places here to eat in the area. Thank you in advance for listening.
