This smash burger had enough grease in the box to make fries. Then I tried to eat it anyway but it’s so greasy I couldn’t do it!!!

Food is never right and if you order on line when you get to restaurant and park where the sign says for you to and try to check in the app tells you you enter a wrong number. If you try to call to log in they don’t answer the phone.

Cold food, hot drinks. Ice machine is still out and has been for almost a month. The employees don’t care especially when items are missing from the order…. This place has gone down hill so bad. Not worth the money.

The employees are great! The food is great, but a little overpriced. However, I just ordered the new Chips Ahoy Milkshake and my milkshake was way different than the image showed on screen. It was half and half with Vanilla and the actually Chips Ahoy stuff lol. Oh well, it was still good though.

I haven’t been to this sonic in a few months and I hate to see that this place has been ran into the ground with all the high schoolers running it. I ordered online ahead of time and after having problems with the app they brought me the wrong thing out to the car. I ordered a blue raspberry slush and I got a cherry slush. I’m allergic to cherry as well. When she brought it out she had an intense attitude with me and when I asked her to fix it was rude about doing so. It’s sad to see this place be ran like this after years of hanging out with friends here and having a good time.

Honestly, never impressed. They’re always really slow. Even waited 30 minutes to get my mobile order. And they when we got home the order was all wrong. They burned the pretzel, and there was a mysterious brown liquid coming out of my sons grilled cheese. On top of that, we were missing drinks, fries, and some apples. I did get a refund. But after this, we went again to give them another chance. And they delivered the same service. Super slow, and incorrect items.

My 7 year old grandson likes to eat their when we are at home. The girls that hand’s me our food is always nice. They take their time to say hi to my grandson. When he tells them hi love you buy. Our food is always hot and fixed. The way I ordered it.
