Quick service the day we went. Food was warm and everyone was happy! I like their frozen slashes, but the lime one wasn’t mixed well and was way too potent. I will stick to my regular flavor next time. Burgers were good. My kids like the cheese sticks!

***Update: I’m really frustrated at this point with the online services at this location and need to find a way to reach out to somebody in order to have this addressed. For the past four weeks, I have tried to order the half priced burgers that are advertised on Tuesday, every single time they have their online ordering turned off. I decided to just try and order it at the restaurant today, and they told me that it had to be ordered online in order to get the half priced promotion. I’m not sure how the online ordering works, so I may be wrong, but I feel like they are turning it off in order to boost sales and/or not get so busy during rushes. They seem to have a decent staff so if they have the option to turn it off like I’ve seen at other restaurants then I think is more along the lines of their sales and that’s just not right.*** I frequent here quite often and use the Sonic app in order to catch the deals that they offer and get my drinks half off and honestly since they’ve built this new location (I guess it’s not really new now) they have been a whole lot better than they used to be, I’ve yet to have an instance where my food was not made properly and it’s always hot and fresh and the ice cream is just really on point now. The only complaint I could have is that they sometimes turn off the online ordering, and while I understand they have their reasons it does deter me from going there because I can’t get the discount and such that I’m specifically going for since you have to use the app in order to get those things now.

The person taking the orders is truly rude. I tried to place my order one item was the cheddar peppers she ask med then I ask how many was in the large ,she automatically made it a large. Then I asked my wife what she wanted to drink, the order person stated unless I knew what I wanted now , we need to figure it out and retry .

Tried this location for the first time in 6 or 7 months. Figured it couldn’t be as bad as it used to be. Wait time was around thirty minutes from order time, food was way overpriced, had to ask twice for condiments I paid for at the screen, tipped two dollars(why I don’t know they get you because they ask for tips on the screen way before you ever get your food) and got an overall attitude from this young girl who called me a slur that I never thought I would hear a nice looking white girl like her say. I didn’t even think her generation knew such an old word. Her dad must be old military that’s the only way she could have known that word. To make a long story short, just go to burger king, they are way faster, even go to Arby’s, they are way better and they are both right across highway 31. Just keep it moving when you see this sonic. They aren’t good at anything. Oh and my order was wrong, they can’t even get no lettuce right when you ask for one simple topping to not be present. They are pitiful.

While the food is decent, the service is horrific. Every worker is unnapreciative and treats you as if you are an abortion to humanity. I feel as if I’m treated as a red headed step child for choosing Hartselle Sonic. I’m sure Satan himself would be happier to take my order than any of these people. During a recent visit, we ordered through the mobile app and we sat in our stall for 14 min. Even got a notification that a server was headed our way…nothing. Rang the service button was told, because it was raining that we needed to move to an internal stall connected to the building. I told the server that there was none available. Her response “You know we’ve got another side of the building!?!”

The milkshakes are pretty good albeit impossible to drink half the time due to how thick they’re often made. The app offers some nice deals but some menu items are otherwise outrageously priced. Every single soda I’ve ever gotten from here has been flat, including tonight where I specifically got two different sodas I’ve never ordered just to test it before reviewing. Some of the workers are the nicest people I’ve ever met but there’s a handful who are quite rude as well.
