I ordered a Route 44 Cherry Coke. The bottom fell out of the cup when I picked it up and wasted the drink everywhere because of their faulty cup.
I contacted the store and corporate with pictures and never heard one word. I just wanted the drink that was wasted everywhere replaced.
Have not and won’t be back. They had plenty of time to rectify this and the employees usually have an attitude.

Sonic in Hartselle has really gone downhill. This was my BLT. Asked if I could just get another sandwich that was close to the same price and was told I would have to pay to get something else because they’re out of tomatoes and apparently low on lettuce
They did refund me $3 but the sandwich was $4.79. I guess I’m paying for the bread and bacon Manager was super rude for no reason.

Food is a little more pricey than other options in town. But one expects to pay for quality. The app could be a bit easier to use and pay. But he staff is extremely nice. The parking lot and surrounded area could be cleaner.but overall good smash burger is however over priced and over rated.

It’s actually infuriating how they have the app blocked when you get there I just want to get a deal and it won’t work if you’re at the location just a heads up. Never happens at Decatur locations. Pulled in today took 10 minutes to add everything to my app and it won’t let me checkout. I just left. Not going here anymore.

I’ve eaten here on multiple occasions. The prices are competitive, my orders have always been correct, and the food has always been good. However, this time, they were WAY under-staffed. I placed a small order and it was 24 minutes before it arrived. As I waited, I watched the staff, and everyone appeared to be working at a high pace. After 20 minutes, I requested a refund but was told the order was on the way. As I observed, I saw a total of three workers, which was simply not enough for a Saturday night.
HIRING MANAGER: You need more people. While I waited, I watched three vehicles drive away without receiving an order. I would have been another if I was not told it was on the way. The young woman working the stalls was nearly running constantly. Hire some workers, make your current employees’ lives better, get happier customers, get better Google reviews. The lost revenue is more than the cost of more employees.

The food was great but the worker Tamika is very rude. It’s happened with me multiple times. I am young and sometimes don’t have money for a tip. I clicked keep the change and Tamika came out and was very rude with handing me my food and she has gotten onto me about not giving a tip and i’ve explained to her sometimes i don’t have the money to tip, very rude to young customers
