Went to pick up a DoorDash order, pulled up To one of the things to tell them, I was here to pick up the order, They had me waiting for up to 10 minutes And didn’t even get back with me. Y’all really need to do your jobs. I highly recommend not picking up orders from this place and if you’re gonna eat here, I highly recommend going to a different location that does their jobs

Got the order finally, missing a drink. Told us they would.be right back. 5 minutes later, I pressed the red button and told them I was still waiting on my drink. Waited 5 more minutes and drove to the other side and went to the door. Got my drink and needless to say, when I get home, everything is cold and smashburger was wrong and burnt. Fries came out of the box in a lump of grease. Unreal!! Won’t be back and no, I don’t want to escalate the complaint, I’ll just post this review and hope something changes.

This location is getting bad. They miss inform they customers. We order a chicken basket dinner. Comes with tots. They stated that it doesn’t come with a side. When It clearly said tots on the Manu board. Also the chicken had to be cooked like 3 times. We had to give it to the dogs.

This place has gone down hill. Tots are hard as a rock. Kid taking the order disrespectful asking “are you done now”. No sauces came with it. Parking area is cluttered with green slime and moss. I’ll drive the extra 9 miles to go to leeds and moody definitely not coming back here. Train wreck.

You pull up in your car, order through a tiny speaker that somehow makes your voice sound like a confused cartoon character, and 10 minutes later — if you’ve survived the temptation to add literally everything on the menu — a carhop magically appears with a tray of food balanced on your window like a caffeinated tightrope walker.

It had been a long time I order onion rings and today I ordered them and this is what I got most of the rings where burnt on one side and this one was the worst.
The caption on the cover says give someone a ring do you think I can give this ring to them.. Jokes apart..
I think you should check the quality of the food before you hand it over to someone.. I know its not fine dine but still the quality can be met. Apart from that the onion rings are amazing..

We waited for 10 minutes pasted our scheduled pickup time for our milkshakes and when we got them they were melted. I sent them back just to wait 20 more minutes for another set of melted milkshakes. They did not care at all and they were not even busy. I had to walk up to the front for my remade milkshakes and they were just standing around doing nothing. The lady that seemed like the manager tried handing me the melted milkshakes and got mad when I refused them.

The smash burger sucked. It was mainly burnt ends. I was really looking forward to it, it sucks. Do not waste your money. Everytging is poor. It should shut down. They made my son buy 2. My dog enjoyed it. Thats all I have to say about that.
