I love sonic and always enjoy the food and service, I come here often and this is the first time this has ever happened. I’m severely disappointed that they put cherries in the milkshakes and then took them out. I’m so upset.

Never come here but decided to give it a shot, since it’s been a while. Now I remember why. All sauce costs 25 cents, NOT EVEN INCLUDED with your meals. They changed their ENTIRE MENU that they’ve had since forever, and it costs 29$ for me to feed myself and 2 children. I paid the extra 25 cents for MARINARA SAUCE FOR MY CHEESE STICKS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE IT TO ME. Had to hound the waitress just to get it. Ridiculous. Dont waste your money here

We ordered pretzels with no salt and all 4 with cheese. They all had salt and only 2 cheeses, so we told them. When they brought the new ones out they asked for the old ones back after we handled them already. I’ve never had anywhere do that. Gross and rude.

Everytime I have gotten a milkshake, or a sundae the lid always comes off when I go to pick it up! This is the 3rd time and I’m over not getting to enjoy my milkshakes or sundae.

Carhops are usually pretty and nice,I’ve never had a rude one ,they work for tips so remember if you cant tip them maybe go to McDonald’s or somewhere with drive thru or eat in ability. That being said,they will still serve you,you will just look lousy if you dont tip them out.
