I received the worst customer service that I have ever had from this location yesterday. The girl with the blue nails, and wears glasses made it very clear that I was a inconvenience to be there. When I first pulled up in the drive thru, I had to wait a while. No one else was there. When she finally took my order, she was very unpleasant, as if she was really annoyed with me. Me, being who I am, is thinking maybe she is just having a bad day. So I made it a point to compliment her nails, hoping it would make her feel better. Nope, she seemed to not even care. No thank you or nothing. Then, when asking for what I thought was extra condiments (Later found out that she did not put any in my bag before I asked) she gave me a bad look (Like, Go Away) while tapping her nails from both hands on the countertop repeatedly and loud. Then as I left, I said to her, I hope you have a wonderful day, her response was yup and closed the window. Sonic, this used to be a great location. People like her will be the downfall of you. I know that I personally will not be back.

It’s pretty quiet even though it’s near the road. Decided to sit at the building since we are traveling to Florida and it’s warm. Got milkshakes and they were fantastic (as you can tell mine is already almost gone) and the guy that brought the order was nice and customer orientated.

I was very excited to stop and get some Mottzarella Sticks when I was passing through town. I ordered online and then walked up to the walk-up stall to get my order. The location is very pretty and looks very different from other Sonics. The young lady who gave me my order was smiling and very sweet. When I bit into the first Mottzarella stick I was utterly disappointed. It was the WORST Mottzarella Stick I have ever recieved from a Sonics location. It was cold and incredibly dry. They had to be very old. The manager and staff should be embarrassed that they served that to a customer!

This post is mainly directed for corporate. Y’all need to train your employees that when I order has two or more drinks on it there should be in a cup holder for the convenience to the driver picking up your doordash orders. Orders that do not have the drinks in a cup holder for the driver when that drink spills in my car y’all are not going to pay for my seats to be cleaned.

This location (or maybe Sonic as a whole) does not put candy inside of the sonic blasts, only sprinkles a tiny bit on top, leaving you with a ton of vanilla ice cream that barely tastes like anything. This is not at all how the blasts are advertised in photos. This tragedy seems extra drastic when my pregnancy craving is based on what is advertised and I’m left with the plainest $6 dessert ever conceived. Sad day!

This Sonic use to be really good, but has went down hill quite a bit. Today, I simply ordered two popcorn nugget kids meals for my little ones and was given this. It was only breading with not the slightest ounce of ACTUAL chicken. My two year old wouldn’t even eat it and he absolutely loves Sonic popcorn chicken. An when contacted, the staff said they all are like that. We got to do better than this!

After a long leg driving home, we inadvertently ordered from this Sonic when we were going to the one in Oklahoma (carhop in Oklahoma said this mix up is common between the two stores) The phone as been busy for two plus hours, so we’ll be contacting our bank when we get home to reverse the charges. Why have a phone when you obviously leave it off the hook.

Service is definitely a zero! We ordered a substantial amount of food only to be given 1-2 condiments and when we asked for more the carhop stated that was all we were allowed per his manager even though we were willing to pay extra for them. Don’t know who was managing on this day but for the price we paid, 1-2 wasn’t sufficient.
