Ordered ahead on the app and got to the location about 5 minutes early. I submitted my arrival and the stall screen showed that it was received.
Nothing happened at the start of the time window, nothing happened by the end of the time window (Name disappeared and screen went back to normal). I was hoping for a quick retrieval, due to ordering ahead, so this wasn’t going well.
The drive-thru seemed to be quite active with cars being processed, so I decided to leave the stall and drive to the speaker box. Must have been an optical illusion, as this now took an additional 10 minutes to actually receive my food, from the wait at the speaker to the wait for the other cars ahead of me.
Basically, I was at the location for approximately 20-25 minutes before getting my ordered ahead food.
I can’t say what was taking place inside, but there appeared to be a hiring event going on outside or a very intensive break session with about 5 or 6 people. Location didn’t appear busy, as the cars in the stalls were possibly from this group.
Long story short, my local Sonic tends to have my order out to me within a couple of minutes of arrival, and this location wasn’t even close.
The food was just ok, either due to the long wait or some unknown.

Good food and drinks. The service was friendly but very slow. The atmosphere is: the sign is broken, the parking lot area appears dirty and trashy.

The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous. They barely gave me any cheese for my cheeky tots so I asked for extra cheese. The girl handed me a container with some cheese in it. I guess I should’ve looked at the cheese before driving off. After we were a couple miles on the road and I finished my burger I went to grab my cheesy tots and put the cheese on them only to discover they gave me non-melted shredded cheese and absolutely no fork to even eat. My cheesy tots with y’all are absolutely lazy and this is pathetic and unacceptable.

The food was horrible… They made 3 different slushes but could not tell us which one is which. The window cashier had horrible customer service seems like the whole staff hate their job. I will never feed my kids from there again

Just always seems that every time I order the fries or tots with chili and cheese the food items keep getting smaller and smaller, when I order a large and pay for a large I want the size not a small in a large container ♂️ now I know why I stopped getting chili and cheese tots or fries. I usually just get a burger or a pretzel stick and leave … come on y’all it’s not that hard to add a few more fries and give me my money’s worth, it wouldn’t be so bad but I spent just over 5 dollars on it and it’s not full…

Steven taking orders was a delight. The managers on duty crying over a jr double cheeseburger that they messed up which you aren’t allowed to take back… not so much. Will stick to the location in summer field.
