This Sonic location has the best staff hands down. I come here several times a week and every time I am greeted with a smile and genuinely kind people.
The app is so easy to use and the self pay ahead is very convenient as I can use Apple Pay.
The food prices are very fair and I love that I can take advantage of the 1/2 off Sodas/Slushes anytime.
Recently I was in the hospital and placed an order for a late night pick up as I was to be discharged. That process went long and it wasn’t until 30min after closing that I was able to get there. The staff waited for me to come pick up my drink despite me being so late.
I cannot thank yall (the staff) enough for the consistent professional, compassionate and general above and beyond behavior. To the store manager/owner – give your team a raise in pay. They’ve earned it!

The service at this sonic is what makes it stand out so much. I never have an issue with my food, we always love the mozzarella sticks. But Lauren and Joe are always really kind and patient when my kids are yelling or we end up changing our order. Really appreciate the people that go above and beyond to be nice to people. Lauren and Joe at the crystal river sonic are absolutely awesome!

This place is hit or miss. I promise my daughter if she was good we could go here for lunch & her favorite cherry limeade. It took little over 30mins for our food to come. It might be so bad if I didn’t have 2 kids begging me to just leave & get food somewhere else. Maybe it is faster going to the drive through rather than the stall. Also originally had to move to find stall that worked. Food was good just don’t be in rush if you are ordering any food.

Came in with my family tonight and everything was on point! Lauren was awesome, I could not see the menu and she came out and helped us in the cold! She had the best attitude and was so bubbly and positive! Excellent customer service!

Greeted at the drive-thru with a wildly hateful, “What do you want?”. They hung up on us and we had to finish ordering at the window. We were among three cars there and we had a 20 minute wait. They charged us extra for dipping sauce and did not even include them. Service like that makes me question how this place is even open… If I had a choice between going back and starving to death. Well, I’ll tell you this, I don’t want them invited to my funeral either!

Stop by for a quick lunch through their drive-thru. Got the smashburger combo got to my workplace. Burger was extremely salty like eating a salt block and the fries were salty too. And I love salt. But wow. Unedible.
