Waited 15 minutes and never got anyone to take our order. Watched multiple cars leave for the same reason. Had to go to three different stands just to get one that worked. Horrible experience. Sad the service is so bad in a town this small with so few options. New to Wachula but won’t be back again.

I called and told them I was missing items and had pressed the buzzer over 15 mins ago. The guy who answered hung up and refused to answer the call again. They forgot my two blast and when I asked for a refund on those items, they wanted everything else back. Processed refund but the customer service was terrible. Spent over 30 mins for this crap!

I don’t know what you guys were doing October 21 at 7:30 PM with your slushy’s but they were absolutely disgusting. There was a rancid taste to all three of the ones I ordered absolutely disgusting $12 wasted cause they were all three unedible.

Location is nice halfway point from Arcadia to winter haven areas. Lots of places to pull in but service was very slow for 3pm on a weekday. Hit the button as soon as you come in. Took a half an hour from pull up to pull out with our food. Good was yummy but, Pretty greasy. The chicken tenders do not look like photos on signage, they are small.
My favorite drink is Ocean Water which is like a blue sprite. There’s no more “happy hour”. Years ago you could get drinks and slushies half off from 3-5ish.

They don’t know how to follow directions I said NO PICKLES and they put pickles that’s disgusting i will literally throw up pickles leave a smell and a taste even if you take it off and I live over 20 minutes away and can’t even go back and won’t go back and waste gas. Plus the person bringing the food should be more friendly.

Speaker on drive thru was broken, had to pull around to window to order. The restaurant was short of employees and in a hurry. Food was ok, hot fudge vanilla sundae was very good. Wait time was approximately 15 min , including waiting in line to order.

Decent and fast but also a little creepy after dark. Seems to attract the bass thumper vehicles that swarm around this place. Fixing their bathroom might be a good idea too.

Swung by at 9 PM headed home from the job. Mozerilla sticks I ordered were the only good thing. Had to have my server head back for sauce though. Their chicken was old and dry. Fries had next to no salt and cold.
