Overall I wasn’t pleased with the service or food I received. The drinks at half price is a good deal but the food tasted old and the cheese in two of my mozzarella sticks weren’t melted and the other two were fried together with cheese hanging out of the sticks. Didn’t bother taking it back because I assumed the next batch would be the same considering the way I was treated before getting my food anyways.

Ordered food from door dash. 4 things: mozzarella sticks, ocean water, supersonic breakfast burrito, and “premium” chicken bites. Received a Powerade, not ocean water. Chicken bites tastes like burnt oil and smelled like it, with 90% breading and 10% chicken. It was seriously as if someone picked out all the small bits at the bottom of the freezer bag. Completely inedible. Mozzarella sticks were fine. Was excited about my burrito because it was nice and hot. Missing jalapeños, had burnt eggs, and like 5 pieces of diced onion. Insane. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re intentionally trying to piss people off.

I have never had an experience quite like this one from any Sonic I came thru the drive thru and and person who answered was extremely nice and helped me understand the prices and everything, I think his name was will if I’m not mistaken when I got to the window the employee was very nice. Food was fresh and fast. 100/10 definitely my new place to go, way better than the sonic on boyette and big bend.

You can really tell when the manager isn’t working on a particular day. The service is beyond slow, 25 minutes for two drinks. It’s not that busy. They even managed to get my drink wrong. When the manager is here though I have literally no issues at all, service is fast and accurate. I’m not one to complain but I didn’t order anything complicated or excessive and I even ordered ahead to reduce my wait time.

Sonically, I’m not sure what’s going on here. But when it comes to sound…again, no clue. This is a place for food. As in they make food that you can buy. And when it comes to that—this place is kind of a marvel. They have tater tots. And that’s all they need to have. But they have hot dogs too. Check and mate. And when I tell your that you can have both of those items—the tots and the dog—covered in chili and cheese, well, book your room and the hospital and let’s get this party started!!

4 customers including ourselves have been waiting AN HOUR for food! The screen said “son” will be bringing your order- and then they cleared it! Only one employee has walked out the door and it was to sit down at the table and eat instead of bringing anyone their stuff.
You can see that there is 3 or 4 employees walking around… no one answering phones, call buttons, or bringing out food.
If you’re going to go on strike- at least tell us!

Employee sitting outside, sweet kid… tall, skinny curly brown/black hair said the people inside are intentionally clearing orders without cooking because they want to go home and don’t care. Scared to eat this food- they probably spit in it
*edit, the kid said “they told me to throw the food away. Check what they brought you because its probably not right.”
He was correct, no chili on chili tots
*edit, this “manager” told us tough luck you can’t get the food you bought because you didn’t “come bang on the window after waiting”. Leaning on the table, making faces, rude. Said “why did you come so late the kitchen is closed.” We’ve been here for over an hour, more than enough time before closing

You staff is super slox you may have to hire new people that take Pride on their job or probably a paid rise i got my food after 30 minutes and it was cold fríes grease and taste like burn oil like they haven’t change the oil on the fryers in a while

It’s a mixed bag. Most of the other reviews are correct- slow service and your order is usually wrong. There are a few nice employees. Half the kiosks don’t work well or at all either. Tonight I ordered two Trick or Treat Blasts, which is supposed to have M&Ms, Oreos, and Heath bars. What I got had Heath and Reeses cups, nothing else…. Edit: Customer Service was nice, and using some credit I tried again to get the trick or treat Blasts. Tonight’s version had M&Ms, chocolate flakes and I believe brownies. I think they just throw stuff in and call it a day. You can’t make this stuff up! It’s tasty, at any rate- but I’d love to get what I order.
