Riion is the 5 star here. We were there today, 03-08-26, store #5784, stall 6, check 240. The screen was flickering and very difficult to read. The microphone was choppy and cutting and out. Riion, who has an amazingly great attitude, walked out to take our order. While our order was being processed many more customers pulled up and he was the same one that brought us our food. Also, I tried to pay with my debit card and it would not take that also, so he had to walk back and forth again. We don’t come here very often unless we’re really craving it because the store seems to always struggle to keep up with the amount of customers due to not having enough employees. Again, we were extremely impressed with Riion and his demeanor with his great attitude. Riion will go places in life. Three stars for services because of short staffing and time delay to get the order but 5 stars for RIION!

No one answers. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I was able to talk to someone. They stated that their system is down and will be on in a few minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and again get no answer. Drove to the window and sat there another 10 minutes before someone came to the window and said ” what?…what do u need?” I said I want to place an order and again im told the system was down and it would be a few minutes. Why bother coming to work if u don’t want to work.

Service here absolutely sucked. Tried to order on the patio for 15 minutes and they didn’t respond. Got back in my vehicle and pulled into a stall to try and order again. Food took forever to come out for both orders. Only redeeming thing was the food was good.

Stopped by this Sonic around 10:00 AM today. Online hours showed the location opened at 9:00 AM. I waited about five minutes at the parking-stall call button with no response. Pulled around to the drive-through and again, no one answered the call box. There was already a car at the drive-through window actively talking to an employee, so the store was clearly open.
After waiting another few minutes, we left and went to Chick-fil-A.
If basic customer interaction like answering the ordering system is being ignored, it raises concerns about how much attention is being paid to things customers can’t see, like cleanliness. I drive here from PGA Blvd maybe once a year, and there is always some kind of issue. This visit was no exception.

This is the worst sonic location ever. Kalie is the drive through did not give me a recipt for my order. I ordered popcorn chicken and as i eat each chicken and realized it was raw. I called the location at 2:40 pm 8 minutes after my order was purchased. I came to the location at 3:40 and was told since kalie did not give me a receipts my order is lost and they slammed the door in my face and called the police. They refused to give me a contact for an manger as well

We ordered 2 Sonic Smasher with cheese they were okay asked for mustard, ketchup and mayo had to ask 3 times before we got all 3, the strawberry shake was good then there was mini corn dogs we got a corn dog they took it back to give us the mini corn dogs and got cinnamon on little square cake type bites. EXPERIENCE VERY POOR

The two ladies that were working at that moment took 20 minutes waiting to fix 3 hamburgers. They were disrespectful, they answered bad to my request. They say the place were busy and when I look it was only two orders before my order. This is not the first time that they take so long to serve an order. The location is Lake Park florida.

Took way too long for anyone to take our order, literally had to change parking spots and use a different station. Waited over 20 mins for 2 shakes. Hit the button to add something else and they said hold on and never came back
