The car hops are amazing. However, if you want to not sit in a car hop stall or in the drive thru for over 20 minutes being physically ignored, you might want to order on the sonic website for pickup. Ready to pick up in minutes and don’t get treated like garbage.

KEAGAN i hope i spelled that right. she is very sweet and seems to be the only one running food. she isnt taking her time because she is the only one she dosent have a bad attitude becaise she is the only one. i hope the managers here take the time to make sure she is appreciated. if not i think keagan can easily find another place to work. people beg for service like this in fine dineing

They seemed short staffed and were very busy. My son ordered he waited 30 minutes and they brought out the wrong thing then we waited another 20 minutes just for them never to show up so we left. One guy came up to the door to get his order fixed, twice. It looked like they tried handing one person in drive thru the wrong thing. He turned it down and the server walked away to another car, which held him up and they were talking for 5 minutes as we were driving away.. Mind you there was a football game it was Friday night. But why not prepare? I assume they had someone call out and no one to cover the shift. It’s a shame. I love Sonic but that experience was bad.

Just went to this Sonic location. I ordered 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers, 2 Frito Wraps & 2 orders of the Salted Caramel croissant bites. The only thing that was warm were the croissant bites. I ordered online and it took me maybe 5 minutes to get to the restaurant and I had to wait another 3-5 minutes and food was still cold. I normally love Sonic’s, but I am very disappointed with this transaction.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 chili cheese coneys and watched as three separate vehicles left the drive-thru, seemingly having waited for longer than I had. Hot dog itself was slightly warmer than room temperature. Also, 1.5 to 2 inches of both sides of the coney are left without chili cheese. That’s less than 75 percent coverage. One last thing, this location smells like weed, consistently. By the speed of the employees, they might be partaking of the devils lettuce at work. Listen, I get it, but you gotta keep your performance up

I sat for at least 10 minutes with no one ever responding to my having pushed the red button. I know it has to have registered in the kitchen,as the screen verified I had activated it. I have NEVER had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes to get waited on at any fast food establishment!

I bought a couple of things, and among them was a cup of their ice cream (see photo). The photo speaks for itself. They were not at all busy (see other photo). I tried to call the manager but got nothing on the phone after multiple tries. I know everyone is facing Bidenomics, but this is not acceptable. I do not recommend this location.

They never get the orders right. I asked for a mini strawberry cheesecake shake and got a medium strawberry shake tonight. Before this, I asked for an oreo sonic blast, got something completely different then what I ordered.
