I guess I’m used to big chain restaurants having procedures to keep their businesses clean and sanitary. I waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes while one employee returned from checking out the police activity down the street. They seemed to lose my order (a corn dog and a pretzel $5). While waiting I noticed how dirty everything was.

If this Sonic was the very last Sonic on earth, I would not dare eat here. Not only is there rude customer service, but horrible food. It’s tastes double greased dipped fried food and I received an uncooked smashed burger today!!!!! This to me in completely unacceptable. I would rate them based on the other locations, but this one needs to do better. And whoever Nathan is, please keep him away from the beef.

I give this place 5 stars because Stephanie was extremely accommodating to the ice cream machine being broken. Worked with me about offering something else in place of my frozen treat. Which I greatly appreciated. Finding great customer service like this is rare these days it seems like.

I don’t ever leave reviews unless it is a good review, but this is an exception. My girlfriend and I ordered on the app and waited patiently at a stall as the order was being prepared.
After waiting 15 minutes, we are told that the stalls are closed and only drive thru is open. No signs are posted. That’s alright. We wait in line for another 20 minutes and finally receive our order from a rude employee. It only has half of the items.
We wait another 20 minutes to get the second part of the order after stating clearly what we still needed. We received the wrong items again. No apology or desire to get it right. I won’t return to this location for a long time. Sonic needs to focus on retraining this location and hire employees with better attitudes. It’s one thing when there’s a line and the store is short staffed for the night. It’s another thing when employees couldn’t care less.

Customer service is above and beyond excellent here! I’ve never had an experience here that I didn’t enjoy during the lunch hours. This Sonic location brightens my day whenever I visit. I would recomend this location to family, friends, and complete strangers.

Being a former Sonic wife of a manager of Sonic back in the 70’s I was totally taken back how you could order a small vanilla milk shake and they bring you out a cup full of ice cream that belonged in a ice cream cone or dish. Could not suck it through the straw to save my life. Let’s get it together SONIC and use your shake machine. Totally unexceptable!

Just got back from Sonic with my order and quite literally everything is burnt like the hot dogs are charred black The onion rings are black My strawberry limeade is water with absolutely no ice and no strawberry or Sprite it’s quite literally water with some lime thrown in it. this has been the most disgusting Sonic I have ever been to and I will not be going back. The lady that served us was completely rude with an attitude and I wish I would have gotten her name. Absolutely do not go to this place.

Tried to order slushy on the app, apparently you can order it and pay for it, but they do not have slushies anymore. Of course, it is on the ordering board. I like the food, but the whole ordering is slow and inaccurate. I should just learn my lesson and quit going to Sonic.

Honestly the inside is really gross, it says on the doordash app to wait at the front door yet nobody ever comes to the door to give your order. Whoever is apart of hiring is terrible, I never get the correct change back and they mess up your order almost everytime. #donteatatsonic
