For the most part, I have had good experiences here. The evening shift is faster and more friendly, in my opinion.

Shakes were pretty yummy. The amount of food you get is way less than the price you pay. Paid $26 for a shake, large fries, broccoli cheddar tots and 3 piece chicken tenders. Seemed expensive. Some of the foods were not that great, while other foods were good. They messed up our order the second time we went. We ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger instead.

I stopped specifically to get the new Unicorn Dream slush. After having to wait a few minutes at the order screen in the drive thru, I asked if I could substitute my drink in my meal for the Unicorn slush and they said “yes”. I get my order and while the food was fine, they didn’t give me the right slush. Their “Unicorn Dream” slush was just a grape slush with some whipped cream and sprinkles. It was nothing like the picture nor description in the app or online.

Ordered an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito and got more tortilla then feeling and had to wait an hour for them to make it shouldn’t take that long to make a burrito and even if It does would expect better quality I order sonic like once every couple months and Is good every other time except from this location…DO BETTER SONIC

I understand the order was placed at 1230am. Coming up on closing time and probably not trying to waste food. But damn, this chicken had to have been cooked and been heating for the last 6+ hours. The staff was friendly, but this food was just downright awful. I’ve yet to find the chicken in this chicken sandwich.

Called 7x throughout the day No Answer, went up to the store just to wait for 30 minutes and WAIT FOR IT the cashier responded to everyone with ” I’ll be with you when I can” that is so rude it implies the customer isn’t a priority but other things are and yes I spoke to the manager who was even more unprofessional 03/01/2026 around 1pm -2pm
