Only 5 ched r peppers when should be 6. Tater tots were over cooked. Bacon Cheddar Toaster came out on regular bun with no onion ring & burnt patty (when I pushed the red button to question, I was told “we must be out of TX toast”) – I had also requested no tomato. Wanted to try new pickle fries, but they were out. They were also out of chopped onions and had a sheet of paper over their ice cream selections, so I assumed those weren’t an option either – has happened before. Ordered a Rt44 Diet Strawberry Limeade, but got a Cherry Limeade – guess it’s my fault since I didn’t notice it on the order screen. Had tried to order ahead with the Sonic app, but they were not accepting advance orders. I love Sonic, but this was the worst experience

I am the only car in the drive thru. 2 large orders of cheese fries with some bacon on them. Someone please explain to me why it takes nearly half an hour to get that order done. The fries are clumped together, and either the bacon was rancid or the grease was old. Never will I ever spend any money there again. Zero stars if I could. Customer service is lacking as well. Over $10.00. Horrible experience.

Had a Sonic Deliery yesterday, food was good but was kinda disappointed with my “Real Fruit Slush” there was no Lime at the bottom and that’s the best part. ALSO Order a custom Sundae. 1 was suppose to have Hot Fudge, Carmel, Banana & a Cherry. Paid extra but there was no Banana or Cherry.

If you’re in a hurry, I’d definitely go to a different place. They’re unfortunately short on staff, so they take a while to get your order out to you. But the orders are always correct and good. Cudos to the workers there. Y’all are doing great!

I ordered through the app,Took way to long to get my food and when I did get it,the fries were cold. The burger was greasy and tasteless. I ordered a slushy but apparently they weren’t making slushes only milkshakes supposedly I will receive a refund on the slushy but I am still waiting

Only Sonic in town, but I’ll be honest. They HARDLY ever mess up my order. You may have a bit of a wait, but just be patient people. They are severely understaffed and I can sympathize. They all still try hard, and the food is decent.

Horrible…ordered food & sat waiting for about 25 minutes, while drive thru seetmed to be getting orders. Asked a server several times where our order was & kept getting told it was just getting bagged. After speaking to a manager found out they were STILL COOKING the burger! Decided to leave, and was given a refund, that NEVER WENT THRU. ( $25 FOR 2 people) SO I had to waste time to dispute the charge, which luckily i kept the refunf receipt. Bad enough for poor service but then to be LIED TO!!! Won’t EVER GO BACK.
