My wife took my son to get a hamburger, she ordered it on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 11:55. When she arrived at 12:02 nobody came to the Drive-In spot for over 10 minutes and so she left and went to the drive through and sat there until 12:20. She then called them to which they said they would bring out the food. The food was cold and the employee that brought it we are fairly confident that they were on some sort of illicit substance. When she asked her to remake the food because it was cold due to sitting in the window of the drive through for 30 minutes. She looked at my wife like she asked her in Chinese. After another 15 minutes she finally got the food she ordered at 11:55. If there was an option to cook the food myself I would most definitely do a more efficient job and not look like I have the slightest clue to where I am at. We will never return to this location again. For $15 all we got was cold food, questionable employees and their life choices, and finally they also forgot straws and condiments. For a restaurant that is “fast food” they move at a glacial pace and still mess up the order. Of there was an option to put negative stars I wouldn’t even do that this place is not worth waiting my time and money at.

I recently visited this Sonic location and had a mixed experience. I ordered two Sonic Blasts and a root beer float, but unfortunately, the store had no straws available, which made it inconvenient to enjoy the drinks. The area of town felt somewhat questionable, and the customer service left room for improvement.
Communication was difficult because the employee working the drive-thru did not have the microphone close enough, making it hard to hear. Despite there only being two cars in the drive-thru line, I waited approximately 20 minutes before receiving initial service and placing my order.
Overall, while the food and drinks were as expected, the lack of basic supplies, slow service, and unclear communication significantly impacted the experience.

Sat at the booth for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Finally decided to go through the drive through waited at the speaker for at least another 20 minutes while the guy said “please hold real quick,” “hold on just a moment” and “give me one second” after we would check in to see if anyone was still there. (The last time we checked in there was nobody in line in front of us, not even at the window.) Once we finally did get our order taken there was no apology and it took 5 minutes before someone came to the window for us to pay and then another 5 minutes before we actually got our food. They guy was friendly but it looked like he was the only person there. I suggest management hire and schedule more people on shift or pay these people more so that they actually feel like doing their jobs.

Every single time I order here via the mobile app, it never fails that I am waiting over 30mins for my food to be brought out and I always have to go in and get it! Never see nothing but children working here and never a manager in sight. Get stared at and passed by multiple employees and no one ever checks on me, acknowledges me or nothing! Meanwhile while I’m sitting in the car they’re walking around eating, hair everywhere, no hairnets, no gloves! Give this location to a new franchisee because the owner here sucks. I’m getting real tired of this!

Ordered 2 meals came back for 5 more the next day and the ride manager says they don’t do the small smash combos, well less than 24 hours ago they did. So I left with no food, spoiled dinner for the 5 grands

Got me a point on my dasher account because I arrived at 1054 and they told me to pull foward i give them the name they say they are about to make it but then had me wait till 1101 to say oh we didn’t know it was icecream we stop serving it at 10pm now since we close at 11. And I have a video showing the interaction when I asked for a manager … he also said they can’t make it and cancel it and now door dash says they deny being closed early…. So I got a point for them not doing their job affecting my job..

Ordered large fries and tater tots and got small. And they were cold. The hotdogs were not done. Went thru the drive thru and the ladies were nice. I only live 4 minutes from there. Food shouldn’t have been that cold. This place has really gone downhill. I wonder if the franchise owner really cares anymore?! It’s a shame cause they used to have good hotdogs. Also the onions were old. I ended up throwing the whole thing out.

Its rare when I get to praise a fast food establishment, but as I am a stickler with pointing whats wrong with things, I am the same with praising them as well.
I visited the Montgomery Crossroads Sonic on 23 September and used the drive thru. Meredith was the employee who took my order. Before she did, she greeted me and informed me that it would be a bit of a wait. Being communicated to in a respectful manner automatically allowed me the patience to wait. She did this several times acknowledging that she didn’t want to keep me waiting.
When I ordered, I ordered a small mozzarella sticks, a pretzel stick and a cherry lemonade slush. I loved the encounter and praised her astounding customer service skills because there aren’t too many in the profession that have that type of customer service skill set. It definitely is something that she was raised on because most people that are taught it, dont follow it to the standard.
Whoever hired her did a fantastic job and should look to her being able to advance in a leadership role in the future!!!

When I received my drive through order a smash burger and fries, the fries were hard as rock. They appeared to be old fries recooked. It took 20 minutes for my order. The burger was just slapped together. I got a hot mess. The staff was not friendly either. No customer service. Very disappointed.

Extremely slow service! Not to mention I didn’t receive a receipt for my order and when I got home just about everything in the bag was either wrong or old. I ordered 2 specialty drinks and they both were made wrong! I called the location 4 times no answer and you can’t leave a voicemail. If you want sonic you should go to the pooler location!
