I ordered mozzarella sticks and strawberry milkshake. The girl handed me the milkshake and the lid wasn’t on correctly so it started running down the side the cup. I asked for some napkins and she acted like it was a big issue. The mozzarella sticks were cold. Crappy food and crappy service.
Like a fool I decided to go back and give him a second chance the fries were burnt and I did get them to replace some unfortunately, I didn’t check the corn dog and here’s what they gave me. Never going back there !

Went specifically to try the Big Dill meal. Burger, tots and pickle slush as clearly shown on their advertising and on the app. I was forced to order through the app because according to the employee corporate is false advertising and they cannot ring it up like that in the store. After a terrible ordering experience my top burger bun looks like they cleaned the griddle with it. Overall avoid this restaurant unless you want a slush or ice cream, I would order on the app and possibly avoid employee interaction.

The worker who is serving us is actually incompetent. It took forever for us to get our orders and the guy had one of us pay twice for the same order, and didn’t even complete one order because he legitimately just forgot. He also took one of our phones inside the restaurant to pay which is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and then brought the card reader outside making the taking of the phone actually useless. There were no apologies for any of the problems we encountered and it took more than 30 minutes. Don’t know his name but he needs to be fired.

Still the best. The cook messed up an order. He personally came out to ask what we really wanted. He was extremely nice!! Went back inside. Cook our burger again, and he HE hand delivered the fixed product. He apologized again and said he gave her a large crinkle fries. He wanted everything to be fresh. Momma said that it was one of the best in recent times.

Best Sonic! Every single time I am in Milledgeville, I always stop. Sometimes, in peak hours, you will have to wait for your order. But it’s well worth the wait. The sweet tea is always good.

The store was pretty fast about making our shakes. But when we got there they were ALL outside hanging out, and then stared at us like they wanted us to leave when we pulled in. We ordered our shakes and they were basically responding like they weren’t listening to a word we said.

When we finally got our shakes they were pouring out the side and the outsides were covered in ice cream.

The speakers don’t work in some of the stalls. I say in the drive through for far too long so I ended up parking. Finally someone came out and took my order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and some food for my kid. They bring it out and I paid for it. I looked in the bag and it was fried chicken on the sandwich. I asked for a refund. It took 3 people asking me to explain the issue and twenty minutes later, I was finally told I would have to return all the food in order to get a refund for the sandwich but my kid had already eaten half his food. Then they said they would have to re-ring the whole order and the money would be charged to my card again and I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. I ended up getting a blast instead of a refund. The shake was awful and tasted like drinking straight hersheys syrup. Even my kids hated it and we threw it away. This was my second time going to this place. The first time nobody answered the call button. They don’t take tap pay either. The worker who came to talk to me at the end of this situation was very nice and apologetic about the outdated system and broken speakers. I’m not even sure if he was a manager or just a cook. I will say he did his best to rectify the situation but I simply will not go back. The whole ordeal was unnecessary.

Tonight, I watched my food drop onto the floor from the counter. The worker (won’t disclose her name) picked my food up off the floor, shook the, now, wet bag (I guess to push it back into the bag since it fell), rebag the same food, and tried to serve it back to me. I told them I didn’t want it and that I needed a new one. They told me they’ll drop a new one and bring it to me. I pulled up and watched them stand and talk for about 20 seconds, then bring me a bag immediately. I told them I know that it’s not fresh and to remove it from my ticket. The worker told me they had one made… I def did not believe that. I do not recommend eating from this place. If you do, watch them with your food, so you don’t get sick from food dropped on the floor and rebagged. Only one star because I couldn’t go any lower.

Ordered in the drive- thru and asked for a lemonade with one of the syrups added then when he repeated back to me the order he said slushy. I told him just the lemonade not the slushy. When we pulled up to the window the man who took our order wasn’t at the window but we could hear him loudly saying how he told us it was a slushy multiple times and was cursing. Not once did I order a slushy or mention it, and I am sure it was not difficult to change the order in the system. I would say for the most part at this location only a few of the team members have good customer service. Lots of immature and disrespectful workers.

Tried to order a quarter pound double cheeseburger off the Every Day Deal menu and was told they no longer sold a quarter pound double cheeseburger however it is offered in the number two combo at twice the price. I tried to speak to the store manager but a young lady claiming to be was quite rude. I feel she did not even pass on my information to the district manager as requested. I will not be coming back to this location until there are some staff changes made. And how hard is it to put a piece of tape over a menu item no longer offered or cross it out with a sharpie?
